Unschlagbare Aussicht und toller Service
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Service top. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und unsere Wünsche wurden stets erfüllt. Es gab die Möglichkeit, unser Elektroauto kostenlos aufzuladen, was für uns sehr angenehm war. An unserem Zimmer mit eigenem Whirlpool im Garten und toller Aussicht gab es nichts auszusetzen. Der kurze Spaziergang durch dem Wald zum Hauptpool fanden wir sehr nett und überhaupt nicht störend. Es war generell eine entspannte Atmosphäre.

Cons:

Der Spa-Bereich hat uns nicht überzeugt, obwohl die erste Nutzung für uns kostenlos war. Es gibt keine normale Dusch (nur die Erlebnisdusche, die im 10-Sekunden-Tackt die Düse wechselt), keine Liegen im Innenbereich (wir waren im Herbst da, deshalb war es draussen schon etwas kälter) und zu trinken gab es lediglich einen Tee.

Tout était magnifique, la chambre , nous avions une tente avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le spa privatif avec une vue tout aussi magnifique ! C’était merveilleux

Die Lage war einfach traumhaft. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sehr schön angelegt. Der Shuttlebus zum Bahnhof und zurück war super. Die Buchung über WhatsApp ging anstandslos. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Cons:

Leider hat ein Kellner das Bild ein bisschen getrübt, durch seine Art und Weise. All inklusive nicht empfehlenswert, wenn man nicht alles nutzt, einiges muss zu gezahlt werden. Leider wird nicht richtig verrechnet. Beispiel: Nur 2-Gänge (von 4) gegessen ohne Aperitif vorher, dann aber den Grappa noch bezahlen sollen.
