La situation exceptionnelle et la qualité des installations

Außergewöhnlich schöne Aussicht, tolle Unterkunft, tolles Zelt! Hatten anfangs Sorge wegen der Hitze, aber war im Zelt mit den Ventilatoren super regulierbar. Hervorheben möchte ich auch das tolle Personal! Aufgrund meiner Schwangerschaft ist mir der Weg nach dem Frühstück zurück zum Zelt nicht leicht gefallen- nachdem der Mitarbeiter Luigi das bemerkt hat, hat er uns jeden Morgen gewartet sobald wir mit dem Frühstück fertig waren, um uns mit dem Golf-Cart zurück zu bringen- top Service!
La vista, la struttura e i lodge
Niente tutto perfetto, se dovessi per forza trovare due cose negative direi solo che per godere al massimo della pace ed esclusività della struttura lo renderei kids free.
E il bar in piscina dovrebbe servire non nella plastica o bicchieri di carta ma in vetro o ceramica, ma sempre per trovare delle cose negative per forza. È stato un soggiorno da sogno!

Praktischer Shuttleservice vom Hotel zum Bahnhof / Dorf
The location is beautiful, where you can enjoy peace in the mountains and easily get to the beach. Luigi was always available to help and the entire staff was friendly from reception to breakfast, to housecleaning to Leo at dinner.
The restaurant for dinner is excellent but it would be great if the menu could change every few days, especially with guests staying more than 2 days.

l'endroit est tout simplement extraordinaire. la vue à couper le souffle et le personnel très attentif
Lors de la réservation booking on vous annonce le tarif pour une chambre avec 1 lit double et un canapé lit mais une fois la réservation faite surprise il faut rajouter 100 EUROS en plus par nuit pour avoir le droit de mettre quelqu'un dans le canapé lit... tout simplement abusé.
Il n'y avait pas la possibilité de boire un café ou un verre en dehors des horaires du restaurant. .. le bar étant fermé.
La demi pension était super. Les plats sont variés et très très bons. Le personnel est très sympa et disponible.
La piscine extérieure n’est pas chauffée donc hors 2 mois d’été on ne peut pas vraiment en profiter. Le côté wellness est essentiellement dehors aussi avec un jacuzzi à 33 degrés donc froid… et les tentes sont sympas mais loin de la partie restauration donc pas mal d’aller retours… Quant à la navette, il faut la réserver longtemps à l’avance et elle ne vient pas souvent donc finalement il vaut mieux une voiture.
Le cadre est magnifique, vue sur la mer en permanence. Le logement est très confortable. Le personnel est bienveillant, extrêmement gentil et disponible pour que nous passions un agréable séjour.
