Property advertises as a full kitchen, but they fail to say there are no utensils, plates, pots & pans, etc. so it's basically useless. AND the front desk does not have any to lend/check out "due to sanitary reasons". The pandemic is over, people!!! Update your room descriptions and adjust your rates for a useless kitchen.
Clean and quite, meets your needs for one noght stay

There was a weird chemical smell in the room. We were able to open a window and air it out.
Got to room no toilet paper went to take shower no product in dispenser water for shower cold then hot looks like room was not ready for us also had party in pool area loud music after 10

The front desk staff was friendly. Unfortunately the room was stuffy and stale smelling and the bathroom floor was sticky. The toilet seat was loose so you had to be careful when you sat down. It didnt seem like a fresh yoom at all. Additionally there was very loud music playing and people going up and down the stairwaell which was right by my room.i definitely won't stay there again and I couldn't recommend it.

Beds are very comfortable! It was a long walk to our room but our room was on the first floor which was nice. I would like a little larger counter in the bathroom but was manageable.

Very nice hotel
I got a room here for one night, and as soon as I opened my door a COCKROACH ran through the room and under the fridge. I immediately turned around and left. The lady at the front desk that night was awesome and told me to call the general manager. I had called and even left a message and was told I’m be called back on Monday and it has been almost a week since then and no phone call. I suppose these things aren’t taken that seriously by them. Never staying at their properties again.
