もうかなりの数！宿泊しているのにホスピタリティが欠けてますね。
応対がお役所か公務員みたいです。

宿泊履歴を見れば分かるはずなのにマニュアルどうりの接客しか出来ないのは教育不足です。

非常に綺麗で静かで、ゆっくり滞在するのに最高。8階宿泊だったせいもあり、駅近というメリットと相反する電車の音というデメリットも皆無。食事も駅周辺のお店から選び放題で、環境整いまくりでした。

国分寺駅に直結なので移動しやすくてとても便利でした。宿泊した部屋が静かで、駅が近いとは思えないほどでした。ロビーで荷物の宅配をお願いしたりしましたが、スタッフの方が素早い対応をしてくださり気持ちがよかったです。

I booked a smoking room and I got a smoking room. The air cleaner in the room works great and the room is bigger than normal JR hotels. Everything is nice about the hotel. I have been staying in JR East hotel Mets for sometime now and I am beginning to get hooked to it.

If I were to nitpick, I do need to carry my luggage up a few steps twice to get to the lobby of the hotel. Not a deal breaker but for smaller ladies who are not so strong, do take note.

騒音がすごい
Pros:

夜中に何かすごい大きな機械音と振動で寝れなかった。大型洗濯機なのか乾燥機かわからないが、騒音がすごかった。

JR 東日本ホテルメッツ 国分寺
Pros:

いつもマリオット系列のホテルを利用していますが、手鏡や充電器、朝食の米粉のホットケーキなどこちらのホテルは気遣いやサービスが行き届いていて子供と一緒だった為大変助かりました。　
また利用したいと思いました。
また、すれ違うスタッフさんの対応も素晴らしいと感じました。
おすすめです。
