Very bad service and they charged from us extra 10rm, specially hotel door is very bad maximum people confused my self injured while open the door

May be location with nearby restaurants

Cons:

Parking - during office hour you have to pay the parking fee rm 4.00 per entry if i not mistaken
Staffs - nor welcoming and not really helpful. No xplaination at all after room key given. After key return check out, thats it not even single word of thank you or come again from the staf
Room - too small. No space to pray or to lay “sejadah” for muslim
No welcoming drink or mineral water. Only empty jar with cups in the room
Bathroom - door broken, lack of basic amnities
