Grand Lodge Peak 7 - Condo

We are VERY frequent guests at Grand Lodge at Peak 7 in Breckenridge Colorado and have been for over 15 years.

We LOVE Peak 7. The amenities are top quality, the staff is outstanding, the views are spectacular and the relaxation is unmatched.

We had an excellent stay at Peak 7. We took our dog and requested a unit near the "dog park". We were given the perfect unit, right down the hall from where we could take the dog outside. This type of customer care can't be beat!

I love this hotel and continue to go back as often as I can. Saw three moose while we were up there and the previous visit I saw a bear crossing the road :) Pool areas and grotto are fantastic and the staff were so helpful. Everything you want to go to is just a few minutes away!

We were unfortunately very disappointed with our stay. I want to start by saying the amenities are wonderful — the pool, hot tubs, grotto, and the ski-in/ski-out location are fantastic.
However, the room itself was very small, dated, and uncomfortable. We stayed in room 2208C in the north building, which is extremely far from the main amenities. The walk back from the pool was so long that my daughter only wanted to swim the first night because walking all the way back to the room in a wet swimsuit was miserable.
Our view was also very disappointing, overlooking a trash collection area with trucks beeping all day. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, although staff did bring us an egg-crate mattress topper after we complained. The room and blinds were also very dusty, and we all suffered from allergies during our stay.
The bathroom is tiny, and I honestly don’t understand how this room is advertised for four people. There were only three of us, and it still felt cramped. The room included a couch and a very small chair that didn’t recline, plus TV trays but no actual table where a family could sit and play games or eat comfortably.
This definitely feels like a resort designed for people who plan to spend all day skiing or at the pool and very little time in the room itself. We chose this property because friends with timeshares had wonderful things to say, so we were surprised by our experience. We were even told that perhaps we were given one of the worst rooms because we booked through Breckenridge.com rather than as timeshare owners. Considering we paid over $600 per night, we expected much nicer accommodations.
When we asked about changing rooms, we were told the resort was completely full, which seemed difficult to believe given the nearly empty parking garage and poor snow conditions during our stay.

The staff was very helpful with any questions! We enjoyed using the shuttle service to take us where we wanted to go! All around nice, clean friendly Resort. We had a great time riding E-Bike to Frisco and back! Great family fun!

This resort offers amenities for everyone to enjoy. This is my second time to visit and each time was incredible. I enjoyed the fitness room, movie theaters, hot tubs and pool area.

better response time and more accommodating would have been nice. Breckenridge is beautiful and after 4 attempts we were given a room close to where we requested (which we had done way ahead of time)

The amenities are great, rooms really nice, overall feel of the facility is comfort with luxury and the stall are excellent.

I love staying at this property. They have great amenities and are the last property on the mountain with a hiking trail right next to the property. The rooms are always clean and have everything you need. Highly recommend!

We've been staying at the GL7 since 2008 (when they first opened) and its consistently been the best resort in Breckenridge and one of the best resorts we've ever stayed at. The property, rooms are always clean and smell fresh, staff are friendly and very helpful. They have activities on-site for kids, teens and adults, a great pool/spa area, top-notch gym with exercise equipment, comfortable lounging areas and so much more. The resort is great for skiing but also great in the summer and in-between seasons as well. Our last visit was in mud-season for a girls get-away and it was the best time to go! No crowds, lots of parking and great deals in the local on-site restaurant and spa. We will definitely be going back in the future!

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is a wonderful place to escape to and experience the mountains! The staff is very friendly & welcoming, and the location is ideal for mountain hikes and R&R. Shuttle bus service is available into town when the gondola isn't running. Otherwise, the gondola is a few steps away. Very warm and cozy rooms- comfortable beds, spacious with good amenities. And it's also dog friendly!

It was nice, but there were things that should have been better.

1. Several of the gates and entrances were not working.
2. Several basic kitchen items were missing.
3. Gondola was not working. This is controlled be another entity, but it was still dissapointing.

We came to Breckenridge for a mixture of skiing and fly fishing. It was myself, my husband, and my teenage boys. We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of the lodge. We also loved how many hot tubs there were and the beautiful setting. We participated in many activities as a family at the resort. We really enjoyed the movie theater room, the Escape room, playing euchre in the resort lodge bar area, and all of the hot tubs/pools. I loved getting some "me" time in the spa and adults only grotto. I went in the adults only steam room, sauna, and hot tub every day as well. Every employee we encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional.

We have stayed here many times and each and every time it exceeded our expectations. The staff is helpful and friendly. The onsite restaurant and bar are always top notch.

If you want to feel like your dreams have come true in the beautiful mountains of Breckenridge, you must stay in Grand Lodge Peak 7.

We had great stay for Spring Break 2026 at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7. We had a group of 4 adults and 3 elementary school kids. Our 1 BR and 1 Studio rooms were connected together. The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed full kitchen and W/D in 1 BR. We had great view from the balcony. The common areas were very nice. We enjoyed the movies in the theaters. Kids enjoyed the system of swimming pools and slide. Adults loved the hot tubs. All staff was very nice. They have very good restaurant on site. We loved riding gondola to town. There is ski lift immediately next to the resort. We will definitely stay again at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7.

Always enjoy coming to Grand Lodge... feels like a second home to us only with more amenities.. the newest one is the sports simulator.. the options are incredible.. all of the water features are so well kept and inviting..and the staff members are always friendly.. welcoming us and making sure we have everything we need to be comfortable.

Amazing ski on/ski off property with all the amenities you could need. Great location for family, friends or couples. Fabulous town. Amazing restaurants.

Despite a year in which the locals say the snow was bad, we had a fabulous time. There are always trails to ski down, and staying at the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 is a delight. Independence life RIGHT outside the ski locker area, super hot tubs for after skiing, great views from the rooms, good kitchen and rooms, and very helpful and welcoming staff. Restaurants and walking around Breck very nice. We have been going each year for a while, and we are looking forward to next year.

Had a family ski vacation at Grand Lodge at Peak 7 at Breckinridge CO and this lodge is so convenient to the lifts since it is located right at the base of 1 of the lifts. They even shuttle you to & from town as one of their amenities, which is fantastic. So easy, no hassles of parking, lugging ski gear, etc. crawl out of bed and strap on the skis!
