The location is excellent. The rooms are clean, and the staff is wonderful. The hot tubs and pool area are also well located and very clean.

We love the location and amenities. The hotel staff was topic notch and helped us with everything that came up. They staff made our stay smooth!

What an amazing property. From check in to check out, the staff was friendly and attentive. The location at the base of Peak 7 is amazing. Amenities were fantastic from access to a ski locker and private exit to lifts to the aquatic areas including several hot tubs to relax in after a long day on the mountain. Great experience and hope to visit again one day!

Another gig of memories made during our family ski vacation at GL7. You can’t get a better spot on the mountain that has all of the great facilities combined with the staff that does care about making you feel at home. Ski, hot tub, eat, relax, sleep like a baby, repeat.

Not a place i would recommend. Our room smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. We had our 11 year old with us and she couldn't stand the smell! They couldn't or didn't change us do to being full i guess? So we had to go our whole trip with the smell and disappointment.

Everything about the property was absolutely spectacular. The pools, the locations, the views.

We look forward to our weeks every year at grand lodge. It’s so great to have a place that operates like home. Having a full kitchen and washer dryer makes it easy to keep costs down, and pack light. We also love the day use privilege which we use through the year. It’s like a country club membership with spa, workout facilities, and best of all, parking in the garage to go skiing.

This is our go to. Our home away from home. Great mountain views, ski in- ski out, and super comfortable.

Having lived and travelled internationally and nationally I love to refer family and friends to great experiences. It is all about a satisfied happy experience. Does not need to be the most costly. Grand Lodge Peak 7 did not disappoint. Concierge contacted us, a couple, before we arrived to ask if there was anything they could be before our arrival for an exceptional 7 day stay. We arrived early and our room was not ready but front desk kept checking back with us to inquire if we needed anything while we waited in front of the grand fireplace. Lobby bar makes excellent Thai Chai tea. Our villa was clean, neat and king size bed very comfortable. If you love a nice hot tub request room 1109D. We were a few steps away through our patio to the adults only hot tub at the base of the ski hill. If you want a room with a view request a room on the 2nd floor.Staff is professional and knowledgeable. The Soothe Spa is very reasonably priced with experienced staff. Then enjoy the Grotto, steam spa, dry spa and gym with locker room and showers. Housekeeping responded immediately to special requests.Very convenient to town of Breckenridge via gondola rides and Grand Lodge shuttle bus drop off and pick up. Bartenders and servers at Bar Down Tavern are attentive. Indoor parking very convenient.

I think I grow more in love with this pace each time I stay. The ski in ski out is unmatched and the grotto after a long day of shredding is what I look forward to all day!

Stayed in a Suite at Grand Lodge Peak 7 on second floor of North section. Parking garage was a secured environment with easily accessible elevators and stairs and heated. Hallways and Elevators were easily accessible to rooms and amenities inside and outside the property. The suite was well appointed with warm touches of decor and rustic details throughout. Furniture comfort was not scrimped on with cheap generic touches, but was very comfortable and cozy and was items you'd want in your own home and seen in magazines. Bed was a great size and comfy as well. We used the stovetop, refrigerator and microwave daily as we cooked 90% of our meals right in the suite. There's no oven, so those wanting to get into some baking activities, need to opt for the 1 Bedroom units that do have an oven, but for just me and my wife, it was fine. Indoor/Outdoor Hot Tubs were well maintained and outlay made it easy to access and utilize. It's pricey to stay there, since it's slopeside with a great ski lift literally within a few steps right outside the back of the lodge, but save up some money and stay there if you can, and you'll enjoy the experience. Overall the suite, location and experience was great, with no complaints!

I am writing in regards to the assistance received at the Grand Lodge Peak 7 during our stay in December. Clayton, at the front desk, went out of his way to make sure we had the most enjoyable stay possible, and my family greatly appreciated the time and effort he made to make it happen. Our family loves this resort very much! The staff is wonderful, rooms are well equipped, and location is perfect. You can’t beat their outdoor scene and lobby. Movie rooms are super fun to rent out. The spa is very nice and gym is more than sufficient. We’ve been coming for many years and it is all of our kid’s favorite vacation of the year! After 20 years of coming to Breck, we’re trying Beaver Creek out this year…no doubt we will miss this place and be back when able!

My husband and I and friend stayed at the Grand Lodge Peak 7 for 2 weeks in early January 2026. We stayed in a studio which had a separate bedroom with a king bed and walk in wardrobe, one bathroom, and a kitchenette which had everything we needed to prepare meals just no oven. The separate living area had a lounge which converted to a queen size bed, which our friend said was very comfortable.

Everything was very clean and well maintained. They have plenty of hot tub outside and a pool which we enjoyed everyday after skiing. The lift is right in front of the lodge and they have individual room allocated storage locker where you can store your skis and boots.

The staff are amazing and nothing is too much effort, they love to chat and make you feel very welcome.

We had a wonderful stay even though the snow was not the best it was the worst season on record. We will be back at some stage in the future and would highly recommend the Grand Lodge on Peak 7.

We love the ability to ski in & ski out. The room set up was fantastic (3 connecting rooms) which was more than enough space for 4 of us to have our own privacy, but still be able to open up and connect easily. Staff was friendly and responsive. Property was nicely kept and clean.

We love staying at Peak 7 during our winter ski vacation because it has that cabin feel. Awesome pool for the grandkids and awesome hot tubs after a day of skiing. Good food and service at the restaurant too!

The location, the room, the facilities and the staff were all fantastic. Very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here again. The bus that could take you into town was also a great bonus so you could spend the night in town if need be. The grotto was the best place to unwind after a day on the slopes.
