Nuestra experiencia fue muy decepcionante y, sinceramente, no lo recomendamos.
Cons:

El recepcionista que nos atendió únicamente respondía en italiano. A pesar de entendernos perfectamente, no hizo ningún esfuerzo por comunicarse en inglés. Su actitud fue bastante arrogante y el trato dejó mucho que desear.

La habitación que nos asignaron estaba a unos 400 metros del hotel, algo que no estaba especificado en la reserva. Cuando se lo comentamos al recepcionista, nos dijo que era culpa de Booking y que deberíamos haber reservado directamente por correo electrónico con ellos. Consideramos que esta no es una respuesta adecuada cuando la información sobre el alojamiento no aparece claramente en la reserva.

Además, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y la nevera tampoco. Hacía muchísimo calor y la estancia resultó muy incómoda.

Tampoco pudimos disfrutar del desayuno, ya que al encontrarnos en un edificio separado y alejado del hotel, resultaba muy poco práctico. Lo mismo ocurrió con la piscina: el recepcionista nos indicó que el horario era únicamente de 9:00 a 12:00, lo que limitó muchísimo la posibilidad de utilizarla.

Por si fuera poco, la habitación no se parecía en absoluto a las fotografías de la reserva.

En definitiva, la ubicación de la habitación, las instalaciones que no funcionaban, la falta de información y, especialmente, el trato recibido hicieron que nuestra experiencia fuera muy negativa.

No lo recomendamos y no volveríamos.
