In der Tat außergewöhnlich.
Pros:

Geschmackvolle hochwertige Einrichtung, sehr sauber. Außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück und Brotzeit. Personal äußerst zuvorkommend.

Beautiful studio in the heart of the Kaltern wine area
Pros:

We had a very nice roof top studio with a beautiful view. The staff is very helpful and is trying to accommodate everything around around dinner reservations, activities etc.

Cons:

It was very hot during our stay, but there is of course nothing the hotel can do about that.

Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich nett, die Unterkunft ist phantastisch eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sehr leckeres und liebevoll sowie abwechslungsreich zusammengestelltes Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir haben in der Dependance gewohnt, was mit einem kleinen Fußweg zum Frühstück verbunden ist. Dies war für uns nicht weiter schlimm, man sollte sich dessen aber bewusst sein.

Ein Hotel in dem man sich sehr willkommen fühlt als Gast. Sehr empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Tolle Aussicht, geräumige Zimmer, super nettes Personal, tolles Frühstück.

Cons:

Klimaanlage ist zentralgesteuert, also nicht regelbar und etwas laut.

A GEM in Northern Italy
Pros:

Staff - Vera and Andreas were amazing!!!
At first you might get the impression they are working in the reception. Shortly you understand, they are both working around the clock with an eager to make your vacation a pleasent one. They would recommend you about attractions in the area, hiking trails, resturants, shopping, and even a massage. They will explain you about wines in the hotel's winery and work with the kitchen staff on your breakfast. The hospitality we got was exceptional!!!

Breakfast - was wonderful. So many options to choose from. All fresh and great quality.

Room - there are several options to choose from. We got a suite which had 2 balconies. Very large room, with a small kitchen and all the required supplies. So clean and well maintained, as if the place was opened last week. There is also an indoor parking place.

Other facilites - lovely indoor swimming pool and sauna. e-bike and scotters - available for the guests. We took the ebikes for a day around the lake nearby. Bikes are well maintailed.

The place and location are a real gem - If you are planning a vacation in Northern Italy, that's your place!

Cons:

Cannot think about a thing - they really went into the small details to ensure perfection.
