Views were fantastic, everything clean and modern, comfy beds, great location in the village and check-in/out super easy and friendly

Only dislike was no salt and pepper 🙁 And it was the one thing I forgot to bring 😩

Functional and great location
Pros:

Great location, was able to fit a large group and relatively affordable (still very expensive but not by Falls Creek standards)

Great location, very comfortable, kitchen appliances need updating and better information on access

Cons:

The kitchen appliances were of a very poor standard for this quality/cost of accommodation. The dishwaher has a broken lock/handle and is very difficult to open, the oven door does not close properly therefore the oven temparature was very slow, the microwave regularly power cuts out and needs to be switched back on at the switch.

The apartment was 5 flights of steps up. No lift. This should be noted in the accommodation information.

Good stay!
Pros:

Great location, close to some lifts, resort shuttle service stop and some ski resort facilities. Lovely views. Basically clean and tidy. Drying cupboard in apartment was great. Secure ski gear storage area was great too. Staff friendly. Luggage storage area offers some protection from the elements, for luggage and people, whilst awaiting check-in and Accomodation Transfer Service on check-out.

Cons:

Late check-in time of 4PM and early check-out time of 9:30AM are problematic. Many steep flights of stairs to apartments, difficult for young children and luggage/grocery carrying. No lifts. Some furniture items "tired", such as lounge and mattress.
