Pijany recepcjonista z którym nie dało się dogadać, aby zamówić apartament i zmienić daty. Który rozłączył się dwa razy. Brudny basen pleśń wszędzie. Brak kompetencji pani w recepcji która nie wiedziała o tym co jest płatne i jaka jest godzina otwarcia basenu. Płatna sauna i grota solna. Brak zapytania pani w recepcji spa o ręczniki które miały być. Brak szlafroków.

Cons:

Byliśmy już kilka razy w tym hotelu i zawsze faworyzowani są goście z zagranicy. Przy śniadaniu owi goście mają np. przydzielane stoliki z widokiem na rzekę, innych sadza się po kątach. Dawaliśmy hotelowi kilka szans ale zasze jest tak samo, więc to był ostatni nasz pobyt w tym hotelu.

Obiekt bardzo fajnie usytuowany. Dużym plusem jest niska cena i smaczne śniadanie.

Cons:

Największym minusem były mikroskopijne kołdry w rozmiarze dziecięcym - miały 1 m szerokości. Dość dziwny i mało higieniczny był też dywan (nie dywanik łazienkowy ale normalny duży dywan) w łazience.
