Jedyny minus, że nie było szamponu do włosów a żel pod prysznic to tubka na osobę i na kilka dni trzeba mieć swoje kosmetyki bo obsługa nie donosi- są to kosmetyki tylko na "start"

Pijany recepcjonista z którym nie dało się dogadać, aby zamówić apartament i zmienić daty. Który rozłączył się dwa razy. Brudny basen pleśń wszędzie. Brak kompetencji pani w recepcji która nie wiedziała o tym co jest płatne i jaka jest godzina otwarcia basenu. Płatna sauna i grota solna. Brak zapytania pani w recepcji spa o ręczniki które miały być. Brak szlafroków.
