Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request quickly and professionally. Their kindness and positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.
Our room was always clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided every day, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food, and we looked forward to it every morning.
One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is the excellent service after check-out. If you have a late flight, you can leave your luggage in the storage room, spend more time at the beach, and later use the shower before heading to the airport. This level of care is something we have never experienced in any other hotel.
We have stayed in many hotels, but we have never experienced this level of service and genuine care for guests before. We truly believe this hotel deserves another star.
A huge thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so special. We will definitely be back!😍😍😍🔥🔥🔥

Ми були в цьому помешканні чотири дні , нам все сподобалось.
Був балкон , кондиціонер , поряд автобусна зупинка , і можна доїхати як до Пальми, аеропорту так і на інші пляжі острова . Приємний персонал , є сніданки та вечеря .

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und der Service TOP!
Die Getränke an der Bar super leistbar, der Pool war mega, die Zimmer waren sauber und extrem ausreichend und das Frühstück war so viel besser und vielfältiger als wir uns das von einem 2Stern Hotel erwartet hatten. Und das zu einem wirklich fairen Preis!
Außerdem hat man absolut nichts von lauten Partygästen mitbekommen! Perfekt für einen entspannten (Ballermann)Urlaub!

Pros:

Wir waren beeindruckt von der Freundlichkeit des Personals, ob an der Rezeption, im Bereich Küche oder Technik. Diese Freundlichkeit und Hilfbereitschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Nochmals Danke! Zusätzlich dazu hat uns gefalln, dass es einen Pool und einen netten Poolbereich gab, eine schöne Bar mit sehr fairen Preisen und inkludiertes Frühstück. Der Weg zum Strand war kurz und auch für Mutter und (jugendliches:)) Kind gut am Abend machbar.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist älter und ein paar Dinge werden repariert werden müssen. Aber uns hat dies nicht gestört.

Muy buen hotel cerca del puerto y la playa
Pros:

Para ser un hotel 2 estrellas esta muy bien. Muy bien de precio. Cerca de todo. Autobuses al centro y al aeropuerto muy cerca. El puerto y la playa a 10 min caminando. El personal es muy amable, ayudan en todo y se nota la excelente organización. Instalaciones reformadas.

Cons:

Lo único negativo es que no hay aire acondicionado en el hall y con la ola de calor se hace un poco pesado. Lo demás fué perfecto.

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem, a nawet lepiej. Jak na hotel 2gwiazdkowy mogę powiedzieć że lepiej niż zakładaliśmy. Całodobowa recepcja, bar działający do północy ze świetnymi cenami. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z hotelem. Pyszne śniadanie. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni!
