Unsere Erwartungen an das Hotel wurden mehr als nur übertroffen, für ein 2-Sterne Hotel war der Aufenthalt herausragend! Das Personal war sehr freundlich & konnte uns immer weiterhelfen. Die Sauberkeit war auch ein Top & das Frühstücksbuffett ein Traum!

Hotel disastroso, sembra uscito da un film dell’orrore. Frequentato quasi esclusivamente da tedeschi venuti a El Arenal solo per ubriacarsi dalla mattina alla sera. Atmosfera da ostello decadente più che da hotel.

Alla reception c’erano personaggi ambigui, sembravano quasi spacciatori più che staff. Le porte delle stanze erano segnate, il letto scomodissimo, con cuscini marci e consumati. Blatte e scarafaggi ovunque: ogni mattina trovavo almeno una blatta davanti alla porta, come se mi salutasse. Probabilmente anche pulci nel letto: mi sono svegliato pieno di morsi e ho dovuto comprare un telo mare per riuscire a dormire senza toccare quel materasso disgustoso.

La struttura cade letteralmente a pezzi: il doccino della doccia mi è caduto in testa, e il bagno è in condizioni pietose. Non è solo trascuratezza, è abbandono.

El Arenal ormai è completamente in mano ai turisti tedeschi: locali con nomi in tedesco, tutto pensato per chi viene a fare baldoria senza rispetto per niente e nessuno. Una zona che ha perso qualsiasi autenticità spagnola.

Consiglio spassionato: evitate questo posto a tutti i costi. Scappate finché siete in tempo

Das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl. Insbesondere auch für mich, da ich mich glutenfrei ernähren muss. Zudem gab es auch eine gute vegetarische und vegane Auswahl.
