Fijn verblijf!
Pros:

Wat fijn dat er een gedeelde keuken was, erg gezellig. Zo aardig dat er kruiden en olie staan zodat je je gerechten kan klaar maken en bakken. Ik ben echt super blij met deze accomodatie en zou het weer boeken als ik kom.

cheap, for my short trip enough.

Cons:

via mail I was informed, that check-in is only possible at 14:00, no luggage may be stored before.

I arrived at 14:50, code didn´t work, after several tries, houskeeping told me, check-in is from 15:00, and I should wait in my car.

I had a small room beside the shower/WC, and whenever the toilet was used a "nice"smell came into my room, also when i closed the window, I think a pipe is loose or corrodet.

And i think they had a lot of "complicated" guests, houserules are very tugh, and you get them mailed more then just once.

Prljavo, nema klime, domaćini nisu pokazali neku ljubaznost, krevet jako neudoban, posteljina istrošena, podovi u sobi prljavi, ulaz uz pomoć šifre na jako losem terminalu…

House in beautiful area, rooms, kitchen and toilets everywhere was clean, lots of parking, wifi
Pros:

I liked you can sit in evening outside of House, as well each floor has balcony, so you can drink your coffee outside on fresh air. Mr.Sergei the manager was very kind and willing to help you if you want anything..

Cons:

It could be breakfast too, but it didn't.

Wonderful guesthouse with welcoming staff
Pros:

the self check in offered by the owner is so helpful. We had some travel issues and arrived much later than we expected however this was no issue as we had already checked in via the app. it was very hot and there was a fan and water waiting in the room when we arrived which was a lovely touch. towels were also provided which improved the experience even more.

Cons:

the location is not close to many amenities however ljubljana as a whole is quite small so although it took it slightly longer than usual to get places it was not any great disadvantage to us.

The bed is uncomfortable, the pillow is small, the bathroom is attached to the room, if someone goes into the bathroom you can hear everything, and if someone uses the bathroom you will definitely wake up. Room number 22 👎

Pros:

Ruhige Lage, gute öffentliche Anbindung ins Zentrum (Busse) bzw Fußmarsch von 25 min von der Unterkunft aus, Parkplatz im. Innenhof.

Cons:

Das Haus sieht von außen betrachtet schön und gepflegt aus, aber drinnen sollte der Hausherr dringend in Ausstattung und saubere Reinigung investieren. Alles wirkt schmuddelig, sehr abgenutzt und nicht sauber, zudem müffelte es in der Dusche und ich verzichtete darauf, sie zu benutzen. Zum Glück war das Bett frisch bezogen, sonst hätte ich den Aufenthalt abgebrochen.
Zudem schickt der Hausherr permanent Mails mit Anweisungen zum Aufenthalt und den dazugehörigen Regelungen sowie auch zum jedenfalls rechtzeitigen Verlassen der Unterkunft. Dies alles wirkt leider nicht besonders wohlwollend . Abschließend wird man noch dazu aufgefordert, die höchste Bewertung abzugeben, was für eine dreiste Art bei solch basaler Qualität. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Purtroppo non ci è piaciuto niente.

Cons:

La camera puzzava di chiuso. La moquette era sporca. Gli infissi erano vecchissimi, i cuscini erano scomodi e sporchi (tant'è che io sono allergica alla polvere e mi sono svegliata con gli occhi rossi e gonfi). Non c'è privacy nel bagno (è in comune con troppe persone). In realtà è un ostello a tutti gli effetti ma non c'è scritto da nessuna parte. Ti danno solamente un asciugamano a testa ed è pure maleodorante
