Taksim Trend Residence

Nous avons passé globalement un bon séjour. Cependant, Dès le premier jour on nous avait dit que l’on aurait une chambre mieux placée et plus grande sans extra. Ça ne s’est jamais passé. De plus nous avons eu un problème de clim et avons dû dormir deux nuits avec un ventilateur à la place. Ce n’était pas très confortable.
Mais nous avons toujours eu un interlocuteur. Et il essayait toujours de trouver une solution.

Gode senger. Personalet er vennlige og hjelpsomme.

this hotel is nothing like what it seems online. The area is very risky and not very safe. The room we were provided was on the third floor with no elevator and tight stairs. The room had flies all over and was dusty and airless. The bathroom door was closed and the shower door was broken. There were stains on the sheets. The man that brought us to the top floor which was nothing better. We could barely breathe as it was airless and the building across could see everything through the window. We asked for a refund they said they were not allowed to provide one. We immediately left within one hour and found another hotel. The man at the desk was kind enough to explain that this was out of his control controlled for a refund but I am now fighting with my credit card company for the payment. I do not recommend this hotel at all

Meget beskidt og gammel hotel. Booket en king suite og det var slet ikke i nærheden af det. Kan på ingen måder anbefale dette hotel.

The administration and staff were very nice, they always available to our needs, they made us satisfied, nice staff and good location.

Konum çok iyi temiz rahat

A good area to stay in if you're looking for a lively environment. Great dining options nearby and it's very close to different methods of transportation. We had a few difficulties with our initial booking, however, the staff at this hotel was understanding of our needs and provided us with alternative options for our stay when our initial room was not available.

Großes Zimmer. Sehr gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Fast jeden Tag frische Handtücher, guter Zimmerservice. Appartment 550 im Dachgeschoss sehr empfehlenswert!

　快適に過ごすことが出来ました。
　部屋にはキッチンがあり、調理器具、食器等が一通り揃っていたので、現地の食材、調味料を使用した、手作りの料理を楽しみました。
