L'hôtel était super ,la chambre était spacieuse et propre ,le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux , le personnel était excellent sans exception .

Très dessus le jour du départ. Ils nous ont demander de quitter le restaurant pendant le petit déjeuner alors que ce n' est pas l heure de fermeture!!!!!!!

Totalmente recomendable. Muy buena la atención.
Pros:

Buena ubicación, cerca del tranvía T1 y sólo a 2 estaciones del centro (Mezquitas y zona turística). Zona llena de comercios muy interesantes y del Gran Bazaar. El desayuno es EXCELENTE con gran variedad de todo. Fue impecable la dedicación del Sr. Mehmed Daghan que nos recibió al llegar desde la puerta y cada día estaba a disposición para ayudarnos en todo.

Camas dobles algo estrechas (de 1,30 o 1,40 m) de ancho.

Overall good excellent location wouldn't pay again for breakfast

1st night the room we booked wasn't ready (double,single and extra bed we couldn't move on the room .after complaints they gave the room we booked double bed and 2 sigle more space to move around
Breakfast was very poor for international tourist msily Turkish cousins not appealing in the moorings

Cons:

Ar putea sa îmbunătățească micul dejun. Se repeta identic in fiecare dimineață. Iar cafeaua e proasta, in tara in care cafeaua e arta. Păcat!

Un hotel vechi, receptie ca o sala de asteptare. Platesti cafeaua turceasca la mic dejun care este f slab. Se aud zgomotele din celelalte camere. Nu recomand.

Dobre śniadanie w jadalni na najwyższym piętrze z pieknym widokiem na Bosfor.
Miły i pomocny personel.
Pokoje wygodne, komfortowe, sprzątane codziennie.

Cons:

Słaba jakość ręczników, mocno zużyte. Warto by było je wymienić.
Brak dodatkowych ręczników w strefie SPA.

excellent hotel with a perfect location and Top👍 beautiful clean rooms with new furniture some rooms have a beautiful view of the sea others have a beautiful view of the mosque in the hotel Spa with massages is located near the Grand Bazaar about a minute walk and shopping streets with cafes and food on every corner. The entire hotel staff Kamali and Romanen are very super helpful👍 always available we also got a later check out for free they were immediately willing the hotel is Top Great satisfaction👍
