Facilities were well established, atmosphere was nice, Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was satisfactory. Personnel really great and trying to be of assistance
Hot water was not available at the time needed..we had to let water running at least 30 min. A waste of water....
Room service was coming unexpectedly even in the afternoon..I understand the need to be of assistance but this was annoying. I had to place DO NOT DISTURB on the door and of course lock it from inside
For breakfast, one needs to wait at least 15 min to be served. Sometimes it was self-service and sometimes not. At least they could have tea and coffee ready
The scenery is very beautiful and well maintained.

Shower water terrible. Sometimes tap have to run 1 hour before warm water comes out. Extremely wasteful in a water scarce world.

Broken A/C unit, No TV channels, Drama and noise until the police showed up and removed someone, Yelling and slamming doors after midnight, No food in the restaurant.

Property has not been maintained - beds, towels, cushions, staff uniforms, curtains, carpets - all seem to come from the 70's and haven't changed.
Aircon doesn't work. Cold showers. Low water pressure. Shower door broken. 2 water bottles for a week stay. Towels old. Smell of burned plastic outside. Gym music noise measured at 80 dB. WiFi is terrible. Check out takes 17 min. TV doesn't work.
