The pool
Broken A/C unit, No TV channels, Drama and noise until the police showed up and removed someone, Yelling and slamming doors after midnight, No food in the restaurant.
Staff is very friendly and try their best
Property has not been maintained - beds, towels, cushions, staff uniforms, curtains, carpets - all seem to come from the 70's and haven't changed.
Aircon doesn't work. Cold showers. Low water pressure. Shower door broken. 2 water bottles for a week stay. Towels old. Smell of burned plastic outside. Gym music noise measured at 80 dB. WiFi is terrible. Check out takes 17 min. TV doesn't work.

The room was clean. The reception staff are friendly and competent.
The service staff in the restaurant were very friendly, but not very attentive. The food was at best mediocre. You only got hot water in the shower after letting the water run for at least 10 minutes

We checked into the hotel late due to flight schedule.
When we got to the room, we realized the air-condition was not working, and the telephone in the room was not working either. We checked with the reception where it was confirmed the whole facility didnt have working air conditioner. We were promised a stand fan which was never supplied.
it was raining on that day so opening of the windows for cooler air was no option.
Very disappointed and there was no compensation for the inconvinience.
