Four Oaks offers a clean & safe travelers rest with basic lodging at a very affordable prce.
Pros:

I make regular transits between Maryland and Florida. Somewhere around the 4 Oaks area, I look for a room on my trip south. I am happy I tried the 4 Oaks operation and will call them again. My trip was interrupted by road construction and a car issue, which made my arrival very late. Their system got me into the room I ordered, even with a very late arrival. The room was fine....Check-in was easy.

Cons:

If I had to pick things, I might point out that I contacted 4 Oaks through answering machines more than other hotels. Their store was not open when I checked out, so I just dropped my key in a box and hit the road. I had a few questions, but they can be fixed on my next visit.

Location was convenient. The outside was nice.

Cons:

Dead cockroach in the shower. So we didn’t shower. The room smelt musty and air conditioner was dirty. The couch was stained.

Pros:

Location was great to attend program at Bentonville Battlefield.
With the exception of the upholstered furniture, the room and bath were very clean. Freshly painted and detailed cleaning in the bathroom.
Quiet location and felt safe as I was forced to stay due to heavy thunderstorms, high winds and tornado warnings.
I loved the sky blue towels and bed linens. Much nicer than the usual white items.

Cons:

The upholstered furniture was extremely dirty and stained. Used a towel rather than sitting on such dirty material. It's too bad because the rest of the room and bath were exceptionally clean. I don't understand why the owners left these dirty furniture in such a comfortable room.

Quiet, clean, no frills, perfect for those on a budget
Pros:

It’s an older strip motel, needs a little tlc, renovating. The gentleman that helped us check in was very helpful and friendly. Very quiet area. Our room was clean, a bit musty smelling. There was a bit of mud on the floor, from a recent maintenance visit, I suspect. Comfortable, clean beds, though the musty smell was there too. We visited in February, off season I guess. Most likely the room hadn’t been occupied for awhile. We appreciated the microwave and mini fridge in the room.
This is a good place to stay for people on a budget or who don't want all the noise and lights all night long at the hotels closer to 95. This place is primarily a campground and rv park, looks like it would be fun in the summer.

Cons:

No big complaints. The room was just a bit musty smelling
