Cons:

Bei Ankunft war unsere Buchung nicht aufzufinden.
Der Mitarbeiter war schwer zu verstehen, meidet Blickkontakt... wir fühlten uns einige Minuten lost.
Bekamen dann dennoch ein Zimmer. Da waren wir froh.
