Cons:

Nos dieron una habitación con olor a humedad brutal y habían echado ambientador para taparlo y era insoportable. Los vecinos de habitación eran chicos jóvenes con música a toda voz que no nos dejaban descansar.

Non respect de l’engagement de l’hotel
Pros:

Les deux premiers petits déjeuners etaient bien car cela se passer dans la salle de restauration , les deux autres médiocres car servis au bar , les œufs brouillés froids , le lard froid , du passage incessant avec les portes qui s’ouvraient sans arrêt provoquant des courants d’air froid désagréables .

Cons:

Le fait d’avoir été privé deux dîners et deux petits déjeuners de la salle de restaurant , c’est un manque au contrat , je n’ai pas signé pour manger deux dîners dans le froid et le bruit . Il y avait une conférence il aurait fallu nous prévenir que nous perdions des prestations …….. je souhaite un remboursement .

Breakfast was very good that coffee was individually brewed instead of done by coffee machine.
The half board was very value for money as dinner is a 3 course a la carte including wine and soft but not beer.

Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Das Essen und der Kaffee beim Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet, alles war frisch und die Qualität auf einer hohen Ebene. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber.

Cons:

Für uns war es wichtig, dass das Hotem am Strand ist. Deswegen war es enttäuschend, dass der Strand nur aus Felsen besteht, also es war unmöglich zu baden. Wir waren dann am Lido Santo Stefano und haben 80€ bezahlt. An der Rezeption ist immer viel los, auch wenn man etwas dringend benötigt, muss man sich auf längere Wartezeit einstellen.
Ein Shuttlebus zum Flughafen und Monopoli wäre super.

Pros:

Прекрасное размещение. Абсолютно весь персонал вежлив.Прекрасная локация от города 6 км Монополи .Территория ухоженная очень зеленая ,2 бассейна один с морской водой .Еда безупречная .Это не просто отель это потрясающий резорт утопающий в зелени .

A mixed bag of sea “emotions”
Pros:

Good breakfast, amazing pools, gorgeous sea views, great restaurant options, staff are very friendly & attentive.

Cons:

We stayed for a week, and every night loud music played—often continuing past midnight. It didn’t reflect well on a place that’s meant to be family-friendly.
