Прекрасное размещение. Абсолютно весь персонал вежлив.Прекрасная локация от города 6 км Монополи .Территория ухоженная очень зеленая ,2 бассейна один с морской водой .Еда безупречная .Это не просто отель это потрясающий резорт утопающий в зелени .

Good breakfast, amazing pools, gorgeous sea views, great restaurant options, staff are very friendly & attentive.

Cons:

We stayed for a week, and every night loud music played—often continuing past midnight. It didn’t reflect well on a place that’s meant to be family-friendly.

Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage

Das Essen und der Kaffee beim Frühstück waren ausgezeichnet, alles war frisch und die Qualität auf einer hohen Ebene. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber.

Cons:

Für uns war es wichtig, dass das Hotem am Strand ist. Deswegen war es enttäuschend, dass der Strand nur aus Felsen besteht, also es war unmöglich zu baden. Wir waren dann am Lido Santo Stefano und haben 80€ bezahlt. An der Rezeption ist immer viel los, auch wenn man etwas dringend benötigt, muss man sich auf längere Wartezeit einstellen.
Ein Shuttlebus zum Flughafen und Monopoli wäre super.

Bungalow davvero caratteristici...piccoli e confortevoli

Premesso che io e mio marito ci andiamo da anni in questa struttura...per la posizione, le serate, la qualità e la varietà di ogni portata..
Ma quest'anno delusione assoluta!
Abbiamo richiesto una coperta, coperte terminate e non disponibili... In compenso ci hanno aumentato la temperatura del riscaldamento in camera e siamo stati bene.
Pulizie da rivedere...
Cibo scadentissimo e cucinato molto male, primi piatti immangiabili... La Colazione non più quella di una volta, poca scelta... Crostate da abolire.
Phon in bagno che si staccava ogni 10 secondi, assurdo!
Ritengo vivamente che la struttura debba rivedere i suoi chef e proporre nuovamente la cucina di un tempo, ivi compresa la colazione... Per il resto, per nostro grande dispiacere, noi non ci andremo più

Sam hotel je super. Lepa lokacija.

Cons:

Zajtrk premalo izbire. Večerja hladna in premalo mesnih jedi, prevelik poudarek na ribjih jedeh.
Razočaran sem nad ponudbo spa, ker plačilo jacuzija 35 eur po osebi na uro je absolutno preveč. Na vse destilacije do sedaj je jih spa vključen v ceno.
