Poorly maintained unit. Terribly disappointing stay. Very disruptive of our trip!
Pros:

Ocean front. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Unit faced busy, loud street. Towels were dirty. Minifridge was filthy inside. Toilet was clogged and staff did not come to unclog despite us going downstairs to ask to fix it a few times. There not sufficient utensils and appliances for basic morning breakfast. We stayed one night and immediately checked out next day.

O cafe da manhã era bom, o quarto confortável e a localização ótima.

Cons:

Fui colocado em frente ao elevador, o que era bem barulhento. Pedi para trocar de quarto porque a esposa estava grávida e me orientaram a deixar tudo arrumado ao sair pela manhã no dia seguinte, que na volta do passeio estaria trocado. Cheguei na hora do almoço e não estava. Me orientaram a ir almoçar que na volta estaria resolvido. Voltei e tive que esperar mais uma hora na recepção até ser autorizado a ir pro quarto novo. Isso tudo com diária paga. Sequer me ofereceram esperar no quarto anterior, com a esposa grávida.

Equipe no geral, muito simpática. Recepção impecável. Camareiras idem. Ótimas instalações. A omelete personalizada da Eliziane e o atendimento acima da média de Humberto no salão de café, tornaram nossa experiência mais prazerosa .

Cons:

Poderia colocar mais cobertores, pois o ar-condicionado fica geladinho, como as vezes estamos queimados do sol, diminuir o ar fica desconfortável, se tivesse mais cobertores, seria melhor.
