We have stayed at this hotel before. There is safe indoor storage for our bicycles and a restaurant where we dined. Near to the town
Property was in a good location with plenty of parking and close to centre of Louviers.
Property could have done with an update. No charging point by the bed unless you unplugged the lamp. Bathroom tired.

This was the second year I stayed at this property. Entire staff and team is outstanding. Lot more warm and ensure they give their best when it comes to hospitality. Well done team and hope to see you next year again!

Evening meals were tasty and nicely presented.
The fridge was very useful.
Very comfy, large bed
No protocol for allergies. A member of our party is celiac and despite making that perfectly clear was given an evening meal containing gluten due to mix up in the kitchen. !!! This is not good enough.
Meals delicious but service slow.
Breakfast was very limited and guests had to keep asking for dishes to be replenished. No proper hot drinks machine.
A grab rail would have been useful in the bathroom as the side of the bath was high and bath slippery when using the shower.
A kettle would have been appreciated.
