Nada.Llegamosnanla habitación y había en la sábanas restos de suciedad ,no habían cambiado las sábanas .El baño sucio tanto el suelo como las instalaciones .Y la ubicación pésima .Puse una reclamación y ni contestación dan.Sinverguenzas .

Horror nightmare
Pros:

Niets beviel me hier. Zo snel mogelijk iets anders gezocht ( de eerste keer dat ik dat nodig achtte).

Cons:

- de beschimmelde lakens
- vuile kussens en matras
- bad met zeepresten van vorige gasten
- de errorcode op de airco dat aangaf dat systeem geblokkeerd was en dringend onderhoud nodig was
- de lekkende batterijen in de remote control
- de papierdunne muren waardoor je alles hoorde in de kamer ernaast

La peor experiencia de mi vida en alojamientos

El personal que trabaja, en particular Andrea. Perso atenta, servicial y gran profesional.

Cons:

Me adjudicaron una habitación de lo peor, parecia un zulo, sin poder abrir las ventanas. Solicité el cambio y Andrea lo entendio. Deplorable que se adjudique. Que la usen de almacen.

Era un bajo donde olía mucho a humedad, nada de luz, baño sucio y con moho , no había ni lavado la alfombra de la ducha y el desayuno que supuestamente te lo traían a la habitación a las 8.30h de la mañana nos envían un WhatsApp que nos vayamos a otro edificio que no podían servir por falta de personal. Vamos no lo recomiendo para nada

Quarto agradável e disponibilização de um berço para bebé.

Cons:

Pequeno almoço tarde. Só abre às 8:30 e mesmo assim, o pequeno almoço ainda não estava pronto. Tivemos de esperar. Pontualidade fraca.

A comfortable hotel in a pleasant part of Granada.
Pros:

The property is in a quieter residential neighborhood outside the town center. Definitely less hectic and manageable traffic. There is a lovely public garden just up the street. The reception staff was very helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. We chose this hotel because it was in the area where we were visiting friends and Booking.com had given us a very generous discount.

Cons:

Our room was overlooking the street and was too noisy at times. We recommend reserving a room not on the street side. The complimentary breakfast was advertised as “good”. We appreciated being served, but found the breakfast itself too minimal with poor quality apples and cheap pastry. The advertisement for available parking was misleading: it was a 10 minute walk away with a surprise exorbitant charge of €19 for the night.
