Really lovely place! The room was clean, quiet, and beautiful and the bathroom and shower were spacious. The staff were very kind and accommodating and the continental breakfast was tasty (and even offered soy milk for coffee and tea!). Easy walk into the historic district.
No kettle in the room, but there's coffee and tea with breakfast.
Limpio
Antiguo
Big rooms. About 20 minutes walk from the main town. Parking a bit away from the hotel but OK
Did not see any staff except the lady at breakfast. Reception closed at 17h. Instructions to check in were sent by WhatsApp. All doors have codes to get in. Can be a bit confusing if you are. Ot used to it.
Breakfast room was very small
Nada
Prostrana soba, vrlo udoban krevet, lijepo i čisto
Todo excelente
Estupendo
Kamer was schoon. Tv met alleen Spaanse zenders. Vriendelijk personeel
Not much, parking was down the road and would have been semi close had the whole street not been a a building site.
Review: Substandard Experience – Room 001
I am writing this review to express my significant disappointment regarding my recent stay. Despite the discounted rate, the accommodations and environment fell far below acceptable professional standards.
Property & Accessibility
• Construction Interference: The hotel is currently located in the center of an active construction site. The surrounding noise and dust were constant, yet no prior notification was provided during the booking process.
• Parking Logistics: While I was issued a parking key at check-in, the construction made the "short drive" down the street an incredibly long and complicated ordeal.
Room 001 Conditions
• Acoustics: Although the room is advertised as soundproof, the reality was the opposite. Being located directly adjacent to the lobby, I could hear every conversation and movement at reception. Furthermore, the building’s plumbing seems to route directly through this unit; I was subjected to the sound of pipes rattling and water flushing from other rooms throughout the night.
• Hygiene & Odor: Upon entry, the room was permeated by a strong, unpleasant odor of feet that had seemingly settled into the bedding. When I requested a room change, I was told the hotel was at full capacity and no move was possible.
• Security Concerns: There is a small "nook" in the room with a door that is locked from the outside. This is highly unsettling from a guest security perspective and made for an uncomfortable stay.
Amenities & Facilities
• Bathroom Design: The bathroom is a single open space with no shower cubicle or curtain. Consequently, any use of the shower results in the entire floor becoming wet and hazardous.
• Lack of Essentials: No coffee-making facilities were provided in the room.
• Breakfast: The morning meal was extremely basic—consisting only of toast, jam, and yogurt—which does not meet the standard of a professional hospitality establishment.
Ruime kamers
Ontbijt was zeeeer basic
Todo
Todo estaba bien
Centrum Granada gemakkelijk bereikbaar
Alle beleg was gemalen!
