Für ein Vierstern-Hotel waren wir vom Standard des Zimmers enttäuscht. Jedoch war das Personal absolut Zuvorkommend und

Schöne Gartenanlage mit Pool, Nähe zu Restaurant und Läden, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, abschliessbarer Veloraum mit Ladestationen, ausserordentlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Da wir morgens früh zur Fähre mussten, erhielten wir ein grosszügiges Verpflegungspaket mit auf den Weg.

Cons:

Kleines Zimmer mit Fenster zum Hinterhof, war nachts sehr laut (Flaschen entsorgen nach Mitternacht), kleines Badezimmer mit wenig Ablageflächen.

Herrlich wohltuend und erholsam!

Das Hotel ist eine Perle! Die Gartenanlage ist wunderschön. Pool, Lounchmöbel, alles da und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal egal an welcher Stelle, immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Tolles Frühstück, herrlich auf der Terrasse einnehmbar. So beginnt der Tag einfach toll! Wenn wir wieder nach Elba gehen sollten, dann wieder dieses Hotel.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts negatives zu berichten.

Très bon séjour grâce à un excellent petit-déjeuner, une propreté irréprochable, une literie confortable et des extérieu
Pros:

Super buffet de petit déjeuner et personnel dédié professionnel et attentionné. Tellement appréciable de pouvoir déjeuner dehors ! Le ménage, la propreté sont au top. La literie est confortable. La qualité de l’aménagement extérieur: verdure, mobilier, piscine.

Cons:

L’accueil peu chaleureux, peu souriant d’une partie de l’équipe de réception. Les finitions dans la salle de bain qui sont bâclées (carrelage rafistolé non-identique sur toute la surface, joints non terminés autour des toilettes…) cela ne ressemble pas à un 4*… L’insonorisation également n’est pas le point fort de cet établissement… Dommage que la chambre ne soit pas équipée d’une machine à café.

Pros:

Das Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf eine schöne Bergkulisse. Die Amlage war sehr sauber. Unsere Fahrräder konnten sicher abgestellt werden.
Die Lage zum schönen kleinen Örtchen war perfekt.
