Amabilité, accueil, gourmandise 😊
Pros:

Le personnel est toujours souriant et très aimable. Tous ne parlent pas français mais cela ne pose pas de problème.
Les chambres sont bien pensées et leur propreté est irréprochable.
Le petit déjeuner est absolument parfait.
La piscine n’est pas chauffée mais de taille correcte.
La salle de sport est peu dotée en équipements mais c’est suffisant.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est presque parfait. Dommage que la moitié des chambres donnent sur la rue, ceci étant l’insonorisation est efficace.
Les chiens sont particulièrement bien accueillis (moyennant finance) avec un panier et une gamelle dans la chambre.
Enfin la location d’une place de parking est à prévoir.

Cons:

De façon anecdotique : la VMC de la salle d’eau qui n’est pas réellement efficace, l’éclairage du miroir de la salle d’eau mal pensé, les portes intérieures des chambres sans poignée.

Bellissima esperienza
Pros:

Esperienza super positiva.
Struttura nuova, moderna e pulita. Camera non molto grande ma dotata dei comfort necessari.
Stesso per il bagno.
Pulizia della camera eccellente.
Colazione ottima, con possibilità di ordinare portate fatte al momento dalla cucina.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
La struttura è dotata di un giardino curato, di una piscina sempre aperta e di un palestra.
Asciugamani forniti dalla struttura sia per usufruire della piscina che della palestra.
Dotato di parcheggio a pagamento (15€ al giorno).
Posizione centrale, chi desidera rimanere a Marciana Marina non avrà bisogno di spostarsi con l’auto.

Cons:

Unica pecca, camere non insonorizzate.

Trotz kleiner Unannehmlichkeiten war unser Aufenthalt in dem Hotel sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr sehr nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Chefin war jederzeit für Fragen, egal um was es ging, für uns da und hat sich immer Zeit genommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und auch fürs Auge sehr schön angerichtet. Die ganze Anlage ist wunderschön.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer befand sich im Erdgeschoß. Da das Fenster mit Folie zugeklebt war und vor dem Fenster eine Palme stand war das Zimmer immer dunkel und die Beleuchtung konnte nicht viel zu einem helleren Zimmer beitragen, ein eher dusteres Zimmer. Wir waren mit Freunden da und hatten die Zimmer die ersten Tage nebeneinander, wie gewünscht, leider gab es bei unseren Freunden im Zimmer ein Problem mit Ameisen und unsere Freunde mussten in die 3. Etage umziehen. Die Zimmer waren dadurch, für die längere Zeit unseres 12 Tägigen Aufenthalt, sehr weit entfernt.

Wir haben ein Zimmeruprade erhalten, vielen Dank dafür! Das Frühstück war toll, feine Eierspeisen konnten bestellt werden. Ein tolles Hotel an guter Lage mit schöner Poolanlage.

Pros:

Überaus freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Eierspeisen können gewählt werden und werden zum Platz gebracht. Sehr sauber und geräumig. Deutsches TV-Programm eingespeichert. Es kann ein Parkplatz für 15 Euro pro Nacht in einer naheliegenden Garage vorab gebucht werden. Eigentlich aber nicht nötig, ganz in der Nähe gibt es zwei große kostenlose Parkplätze.

Cons:

Im Bad gibt es kaum Ablagefläche und an der Badtür fehlt ein Griff zum Zumachen.

The Hotel was beautiful, exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

Prima verblijf gehad, mooi hotel
Pros:

Mooi hotel met een prachtig aangelegde tuin. Ontbijt is zeer goed. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. De handdoeken op de kamer werden soms wel 2x per dag aangevuld, keurig

Cons:

Het bed was helaas niet comfortabel en de douche was vaker koud als warm.

Für eine Woche gutes Hotel
Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut, uns hatte es jedoch zu viel Personal.
Es wurde fleissig abgeräumt, hat uns nicht gefallen. Lage des Hotels zentral, Strassenlärm hat uns nachts gestört!

Cons:

Strassenlärm auch nachts. Schwere Türe zum Bad, Schiebetüre wäre besser!
