Pros:

La gentillesse et la réactivité du personnel.
Nous avons eu un probleme de climatisation la 1ere nuit je n'ai pas pu dormir avev la chaleur.... mais ils nous ont changé de chambre la 2ème nuit.

Cons:

Les photos sur booking correspondent aux photos lors de l'ouverture de l'hotel.
Cela n'a plus rien à voir... moisi dans la salle de bain. On voit les murs moisi dans la salle de bain. Les aérations sont parfois bouchés par des planches en bois. Il y avait un gros cafard dans la chambre. Les linges sont tachés. Ceci dit le personnel est au petit soin avec nous.

Ei ollut selkeästi mainittu että ei sovi liikuntarajoitteisille. Vaimo kaatui ja se vaikuttaa loppulomaan.Yöllä naapurin valot näkyivät tiiliseinästä läpi ja äänet kuuluivat kovaa meidän huoneeseen.

Quaint, cost effective, convenient location that should suit most travellers to Vietnam.
Pros:

La An Old City Hotel is quaint, conveniently located to the old city. Central and casual walking distance to great eats, trailers and most of the town. Staff were very engaging and helpful with suggestions of local cultural events to see. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Cons:

It’s a small boutique building so its facilities reflect that. I had no issues during our stay.

Zeer gezellige stad, super om al fietsend de omgeving te verkennen!

Zeer goede locatie, rustig, maar toch vlakbij het bruisende centrumvan de stad

Cons:

Het ontbijt is beperkt, maar niet zeer uitgebreid. Initieel hadden we een kamer met kapotte airco, beetje schimmel in de badkamer, scheuren in de lakens op het bed, waardoor we heel slecht geslapen hebben. Op dag 2 konden we gelukkig wisselen naar een nieuwe kamer die wel in orde was. Hier en daar kan het hotel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Anna, de vrouw die ons ontving en de receptie deed, was heel vriendelijk en wou heel graag dat we (iets duurdere) uitstappen via haar zouden boeken, wat we niet gedaan hebben.

La ubicación.

Cons:

Me siento engañado. Me dió hasta vergüenza ajena cuando la trabajadora me mostró la habitación. Estaba todo sucio y destruido. No nos fuimos antes para no perder el tiempo de hacer las excursiones que teníamos pensadas. Fue una estancia lamentable.
Por favor, no elijan este alojamiento, no es justo que alquilen una habitación en estas condiciones.

Very nice
Pros:

The lady at reception was lovely and helpful, it was a comfy bed. They offered breakfast - in general really nice and great location.

Ok, not the best choice for more than one night.
Pros:

Helpful staff. They help us to find good restaurants and a transfer to the airport with cheaper price than grab or normal taxi.

Cons:

The room cleanliness was poor; the worst i find in vietnam in my two weeks of vacations. The air conditioning didn't work so we spent two terrible nights.
