La An Old Town Hotel

Location is very close to Ancient Town, nearby eateries, bar, and night market. Surprisingly nice breakfast spread. Very helpful and friendly staff. Donna and Ann helped us arrange our transport service to My Son Sanctuary (a last minute plan) and tickets to Hoi An Memories Cultural Show. You can feel the local vibe when staying here as the neighbors are residents. I want to give a shout out to Donna, who went all the way to help us get a ride going to Hoi An Memories show.

The location was fabulous, literally right around the corner from the night market, and barely a 10 min walk to the old quarter. The breakfast was ok. Eggs cooked to order were oily. Toaster was tricky to use. Fruits and pastries were lovely. We used the pool and it was nice to cool off. The size of the family room was huge, plenty of room for the 4 of us. The air conditioning worked fabulously and was very much needed. Shower worked fine also.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ici. L’hôtesse (Anna) est d’une gentillesse rare, toujours disponible et très attentionnée. Elle prend vraiment le temps de discuter, de donner des conseils et de s’assurer que tout se passe bien. On sent qu’elle se démène sincèrement pour ses invités, et ça fait toute la différence. Merci encore pour cet accueil chaleureux à Hoi An.

L’emplacement était idéal.
À deux pas du centre du Vieux quartier, tout peut se faire en marchant, emplacement au calme, malgré l’agitation de la ville.

L'équipe est très serviable et accueillante. L'emplacement est idéal, dans une rue calme, et tout est accessible à pied ou à vélo (ne manquez pas la magnifique balade à travers les rizières jusqu'à la plage d'An Bang). Bon rapport qualité prix.

The room was nice, and the bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable. However, there is no lift, which made it difficult to carry luggage. The air conditioning was not working, and some basic room facilities were not properly functional, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the breakfast was good. Overall, the stay was okay but could be improved with better maintenance and amenities.

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Location was amazing, just a minute away from the night Market and all the action. Bed was the most comfortable we have had in Vietnam.

Central location, only 5 mins by walk from the old town and very close to night market. Amazing staff, they helped us with booking tours and organizing everything! Very good breakfast

The location was great as the night market was near. The person at the front desk was extremely friendly and had a great sense of humor. She suggested a few restaurants to try and some activities to try out. I enjoyed renting the bicycles from the hotel itself and exploring Hoi An.

Emplacement. Anna et Donna sont très gentilles, serviables. Parle anglais et Anna un peu français, on a bien rit. Comme il n’y a pas d’ascenseur la femme de chambre nous a monté nos valises bien lourdes, grand merci encore à elle.
Le petit déjeuner est correct.
Nous avions la chambre avec baignoire. Qualité/prix ok

Staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Room was spacious. Excellent location, right near to bamboo circus (would highly recommend going to this) and night market, and very short walk to river and main old town. Bed comfortable. Good shower. Breakfast was nice, included eggs cooked to order and different fruits. Fresh towels and 2x waters daily.
