Ok, not the best choice for more than one night.
Pros:

Helpful staff. They help us to find good restaurants and a transfer to the airport with cheaper price than grab or normal taxi.

Cons:

The room cleanliness was poor; the worst i find in vietnam in my two weeks of vacations. The air conditioning didn't work so we spent two terrible nights.

Zwembadje boven is klein, maar heerlijk om even af te koelen en uitzicht over het dorp te hebben.

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Na starym mieście, choć w bocznej uliczce więc nie było słychać ulicy.
Obsługa i lokalizacja jest największym atutem

Cons:

Trafiliśmy na pokój, w którym za ścianą były 4 bardzo głośne, warczące klimatyzatory. Noc nieprzespana. Miła Pani z recepcji przepraszała, podobno miało to być naprawione. Pokój zdecydowanie wymaga odświeżenia - odpadający tynk, wilgoć itp.

如果在這個預算內 地理位置是最理想 而且有泳池
Pros:

位置 就一個街口就是酒吧區 前面就有橋過對面會安古鎮

Cons:

沒有電梯 房間內擺毛巾的位置後面有一支牙刷
洗澡的木桶有一些木的纖維和紙碎
不會想浸浴

Hôtel satisfaisant qui mériterait de se refaire une beauté.
Pros:

La qualité du petit déjeuner. La facilité d’accès et le bon emplacement.

Cons:

La salle de bain est très mal conçue, la douche est de mauvaise qualité. Autour de la piscine, tout semble sale et en désordre.

Amazing and awesome. Highly recommended
Pros:

I like the location which is inside the Hoi An ancient town. I also would like to commend Anna and Donna for assisting us during our stay. And since we need to check out early, they leave us a message and packed breakfast for our morning travel. We really appreciate the effort. We will definitely come back to this place.

No elevator.

Great budget hotel in a good location.
Pros:

The location, the comfortable bed, the buffet breakfast, the quiet and efficient air conditioning, the excellent WiFi.
But most of all I must mention the extremely efficient and friendly nature of Anna on reception. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she made my stay at this hotel a very memorable and happy one.

Cons:

I didn't like that my stay was too short.

Brilliant location right in the old town!! Staff were super friendly and gave great recommendations for places to eat and tailors.

Location and great vibe
Pros:

Quaint little hotel near the centre of Hoi An. Rooms are lovely with a vibe that is very Vietnam but well appointed and great value. I'll certainly stay again!

A very clean, well-maintained, and beautiful hotel in a great location – right next to the night market and close to the old town. The breakfasts were delicious, featuring fresh fruit. The owner, were polite and smiling, but at every turn, they kept questioning us about all our travel details just to push their own transport, tours, and various attractions, which weren't necessarily at good prices. It got quite exhausting at times. Aside from that one downside, everything was great.

100% recomendable
Pros:

Sin duda lo mejor de este hotel son las personas que trabajan allí. Está a pocos minutos del centro histórico y lo suficientemente lejos del ruido de los bares del río. El desayuno completo: huevos, pan, mucha fruta y otras comidas locales. Y zumo de sandía y piña! Ana y Dona nos ayudaron muchísimo con la gestión de actividades. Nos guardaron las maletas hasta la noche que cogíamos el bus nocturno.

Cons:

Es cierto que las instalaciones necesitan renovación, pero los básicos que eran cama cómoda y aacc los tenía. Hay que ser conscientes del precio que pagamos por noche con desayuno incluido, por ello muy buena calidad - precio.
