Nice stay in Hoi An
Pros:

Central location, only 5 mins by walk from the old town and very close to night market. Amazing staff, they helped us with booking tours and organizing everything! Very good breakfast

Cons:

Facilities are a bit old, and there is no support for toiletries in the bathroom

Pros:

Staff were wonderful and helpful. Location was amazing, just a minute away from the night Market and all the action. Bed was the most comfortable we have had in Vietnam.

Pros:

The location was great as the night market was near. The person at the front desk was extremely friendly and had a great sense of humor. She suggested a few restaurants to try and some activities to try out. I enjoyed renting the bicycles from the hotel itself and exploring Hoi An.

The location wax good. The staff were very helpful but there was always a catch . They were a bit pushy to have you go with their service and they charge you for EVERYTHING . If they could charge you for the air that you breathe while staying there they would !@

Pros:

Emplacement. Anna et Donna sont très gentilles, serviables. Parle anglais et Anna un peu français, on a bien rit. Comme il n’y a pas d’ascenseur la femme de chambre nous a monté nos valises bien lourdes, grand merci encore à elle.
Le petit déjeuner est correct.
Nous avions la chambre avec baignoire. Qualité/prix ok

Pros:

Staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Room was spacious. Excellent location, right near to bamboo circus (would highly recommend going to this) and night market, and very short walk to river and main old town. Bed comfortable. Good shower. Breakfast was nice, included eggs cooked to order and different fruits. Fresh towels and 2x waters daily.

Cons:

Damp smell in room. Organised lantern boat tour through hotel which we found out later was much more expensive than it should have been, would recommend organising this independently instead. Only moderately clean. No elevator.

Budget option, great location
Pros:

Budget friendly opton with a great location in Hoi An. Our twin room on the ground floor was very old style and quite a low quality (paint comes down from the wall), but managable for a couple of days. Staff were kind and available. Breakfast was good.

A lovely stay in a location close to all the bustle but without the noise disturbing your sleep
Pros:

Location was great, the free breakfast was very nice. Th staff was always happy and willing to help in any way they could. We rented scooters through them.

Cons:

There was no iron but that seems to be the norm I've noticed in Vietnam in most hotels since but not even being able to borrow one shocked me initially. Also due to some markets that would pop up close by we struggled to get a Grab sometimes, so just walk about 5/10min away and then get a Grab

Je reviendrai sans hésiter, c’était parfait !
Pros:

L’établissement a une super proximité avec la vieille ville, facile d’accès et reste au calme. Les 2 filles s’occupant de l’accueil (Anna et Donna) sont d’une grande gentillesse et feront tout pour que tout se passe à merveille ! Niveau confort, les lits sont super confortable !

Rented a bicycle and ride around the Island, to the beach also. Nice vibe , staff very friendly.

Great Value, Great Location, Great Staff
Pros:

At first glance, this property might seem a little rough around the edges, but the exceptional staff and prime location make it the best place to stay in Hoi An Old Town. Although it’s just a block from the riverside, it feels incredibly quiet and secluded. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

The hospitality here is standout! Anna handled my check-in seamlessly, explaining everything thoroughly and offering to help with any local bookings. She was a perfect introduction to the warmth of Hoi An. Note that this is more of a charming 'homestay' in a local neighborhood than a traditional hotel, but it remains easily accessible to everything in the Old Town.

Great location, lovely hotel and staff
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff who helped us to organise activities in Hoi An. It was a really quick walk to the centre in a lovely location near the night market. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast included was great in the mornings.

Cons:

Walls seemed quite thin as we could hear lots from outside our room.

Camera grande e doccia calda con buona pressione. Location perfetta!
