Pros:

Very clean and very helpful hosts. Rooms we stayed in were compact and showed age; but when rooms and bathrooms are very clean and priced accordingly all is fine. restaurant at ski time next door is good and its only 10-15minute walk to Methven centre

tea&coffee making facilities, hair dryer, bedside table, phone(for emergency) not available in the room
Bathroom seriously small.
Shower booth extremely small
Shower head keep falling off due to water pressure
Hand basin very small and there's no space to put your toiletries. I mean really no space at all
Heater in the room very noisy and you could hear heater running next door as well
No reception staff available
It clearly says on the booking confirmation letter that after 8pm checkin is not available and you will have to check in the next morning
No staff available
Overall I felt that this place is over priced
