Worst night of my trip
Pros:

We are on a road trip by car across Europe so we had to say at this hotel as we were tired.
The only positive note is that the staff is friendly but way too young to handle a hotel.
As we arrive into the room everything was looking fine . The disaster started when we tried to open the bathroom door it went. The lady told us it was a previous client who had done that . In addition the toilet was leaking we had to put towels all around. Finally, you could see the hand of other people on our window showing us how dirty everything was. We asked to change room but the hotel was fully booked for the day.
The air condition was bearly working. We were stranded as we were tired from the day and could use our cell phone due to the high fee in Albania. Unable to do anything about it we had to stay. The night only made it worst as ants started to crawl all around the room.
The pool was really dirty as you could see the dirty from the top of the pool.
We had breakfast before leaving and left in a hurry as we wanted nothing more than to leave . As I said in the beginning the staff was really friendly, but bad management and an ageing hotel do not help them.
The only beautiful thing was the wonderful view of the sea, but it was spoiled by the state of the room.

Site splendide. A ameliorer l’entretien
Pros:

Site remarquable . Personnel accueillant et dévoué.
Malheureusement mauvais entretien ( wc qui ne fonctionnent pas, fuites d’eau, ) tres belle plage privée
Trop de disfonctionnements malgré bonne volonté .
Attention au surcoût des boissons trop élevé

Great hotel for a great getaway
Pros:

Absolutely amazing! The hotel and location is very beautiful and the staff was very friendly. Wonderful food. The beach was a bit of a drive (around 15 minutes) but it was much more private than somewhere like Borsh or Vlora and very beautiful. The hotel also has their own restaurant on the beach so there's always a good spot for people staying with the hotel. If we come back to Lukovë next year, we plan on returning here!
