Pros:

Rummet var bra och sängarna. Frukosten utmärkt.

Cons:

Det sämsta var att Essen eller i alla fall den delensv Essen känns ganska ruffigt. Men det ärlite tyskt kanske. Det lpg alldeles intill centrum och det car lätt att parkera, vilket passade oss perfekt!

Very nice hotel with everything you need.
Pros:

Everything was great. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the pillows were fantastic. The shower was heavenly delicious and everything was so clean and perfect. Breakfast was fantastic. Airco was working perfectly. Walking distance to the shopping center and train station.

Leider gab es beim Frühstücksbuffet keine frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen ( Omelett, Spiegeleier) ,da lt.Aussage des Personals, keine Eier geliefert wurden.Auch andere Dinge fehlten auf dem Buffet die es am Vortag durchaus gab.Bei einem Buffetpreis von 22 Euro sollte dieses nicht passieren.
Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Tolles Frühstück!
Pros:

Ganz tolles, gesundes Frühstück. Klimatisierte, ruhige Zummer.

Cons:

Naja, die Lage unten am Rathaus ist halt nicht die beste und könnte den ein oder anderen Gast wegen der ‚Drogengeschäfte‘ im näheren Umfeld und Betteleien (auch direkt vor dem Hotel) schon abschrecken, besonders am Abend fühlt man sich in der Gegend nicht mehr wirklich wohl.
