Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 4 and it was perfect for us.
Good bathroom, all very clean and enough room for our luggage. Very good beds, the room had everything we needed and the staff was very helpful.
Very quiet family friendly walkable neighbourhood. Short walk to ueno train station, cafe, restaurants and stores. And easy to walk to ueno park.
