This is a must stay if you have a family. Very clean,spacious, and great location to get around. Staff was very friendly .

Great for families with young children
Pros:

It was near Ueno station. There's a 7-11 nearby. Parking options were nearby. You could borrow travel adaptors etc. Space is good for families if you don’t want to eat out all the time.

Cons:

Nothing major but there's no breakfast and no onsen.

Highly recommend this apt hotel for family with kids. The accommodation and location is great!

Near train station. The staff were friendly and professional.

big space
Pros:

its the space really its big enough for 4 people plus all out luggages

Cons:

when we arrived our luggages are already there but i don’t why they did not take it up to our room since its already ready, when we we’re in Mimaru Kyoto Station they already took it and placed inside our room, we want to take it with us but they (staff) said they will do it so we waited unti we came
back in the evening and its still there on the hallway of the front desk.

Pros:

Staff were amazing, especially Nadya who was incredibly helpful with a bunch of questions and needs we had when we checked in. Location is decent, close to the ueno park, a much more local part of tokyo.
