Pros:

El personal del hotel era muy amable y sonriente. Cualquier tema que surgiera se solucionó enseguida. La cama era muy cómoda. El servicio complementario de traslado al aeropuerto muy cercano un plus.

Cons:

Al ser un lugar muy popular para eventos, por el hotel pasaba mucha gente y había mucho ruido. Hasta la tercera planta llegaba el ruido de los comensales del restaurante. La habitación daba a la calle y al ser nochevieja el ruido de las motos no dejaba descansar. La ducha sin cortina dejaba el suelo mojado y había cucarachas.

Breakfast is ok. They were able to provide connecting rooms for my family.

Cons:

The swimming pool is next to resto. Everyone can see you while swimming. A bit awkward.

Excellent Staff Excellent Quality Service
Pros:

The place was very clean and efficient. All the staff were excellent, attentive ,very friendly and hospitable .The food was excellent and good value and the service was excellent. They were only to happy to make my stay delightful .
