Hotel staff are fantastic. They deserve a raise🤗
Pros:

All the staff are doing good.They are all friendly from housekeeping to their front desk staff.They did an awesome job.

Cons:

I don't like their facilities. Thei building is old, their curtains are old and dusty. Some of the towels have stains.

Pros:

Staff are awesome, good breakfast and close to the airport with free shuttle drop off/pick up. The restaurants are highly recommended. Definitely our top choice of place to stay when visiting.

Not happy
Pros:

The concierge; they were always helpful and pleasant

Cons:

1. The room has an old pungent odor as if it was not used for a long time.
2. I keep waking up at night; it was noisy You can hear the trucks, jeepneys etc….motorbikes
3. I had an early flight and I arrived early at 6am at the hotel…was hoping to checkin after explaining i will also check out at 6am which offsets the early checkin but they didn’t check me in as per their policy and I waited till 11am to be checked in. After waiting for 5 hrs in the lobby I couldn’t care less noticing the bad smell and the noise due to exhaustion.
