The breakfast was ok. The coffee was not hot. Told them about it, did not even say or did anything to correct it
On the 2nd day, the toilet bowl tank did not fill with water, so I had to scoop water from the sink to fill it so it could flush. Our last day was terrible. Requested to check out late since we had an island tour, check out is 12 so we ask if we can check out at least 1:15pm so we can still shower. They didnt allow us and told us that we were not back by 1pm, they will take our luggage out of our room. We were just asking for consideration since we have 3 rooms and we checked out the 2 rooms already as early as 6:30am and was just asking for 1 room. We came back at 12:15nn and showered quickly. Checked out of the room by 12:55pm. We paid the rooms since I had requested for an upgrade aside from what I paid in booking.com. When I asked for an invoice (which I requested a week ago thru chat via booking.com), they said they dont issue an invoice but just a guest folio. I said NO since I need an invoice since I need to reimburse bec it was a business trip. Finally the girl in the counter (who told me earlier in the morning that they were going to put our luggages out) agreed. Then they issued a receipt which totaled only 35K. I questioned it since I paid 33,652.04 pesos plus the additional 6,300 pesos for the upgrade. The girl said that 35K is the only amount they can issue since booking.com had a commission. I said even so, I paid 33,652.04 therefore I should get a receipt for that amount plus the 6,300. She kept insisting on it so I asked for the manager on duty. The MOD told me that they can issue me an invoice only with the amount reflected in their system, and HE ALSO INSISTED THE SAME. then he showed me the paper, which was the exact amount I WAS TELLING THEM! Then I told him that 33,652 plus the 6300 was 40K something. So he went to the staff and told them to fix it. By the time they fixed it, it was almost 1 HOUR! The staff and manager are not even sorry, rude! Much more to say but NO MORE SPACE! Almost missed our flight because of them! flight was 4pm!

No cotton buds, no facial tissues, faded and shabby towels, very limited and very cheap toilet paper, poor quality body soap, shampoo and conditioner. Used spoon and plates lying on the floor near the elevators for days without someone keeping and cleaning it.

El personal del hotel era muy amable y sonriente. Cualquier tema que surgiera se solucionó enseguida. La cama era muy cómoda. El servicio complementario de traslado al aeropuerto muy cercano un plus.
Al ser un lugar muy popular para eventos, por el hotel pasaba mucha gente y había mucho ruido. Hasta la tercera planta llegaba el ruido de los comensales del restaurante. La habitación daba a la calle y al ser nochevieja el ruido de las motos no dejaba descansar. La ducha sin cortina dejaba el suelo mojado y había cucarachas.
