L’emplacement

Cons:

Tout. Chambres trop petites, aucune place pour les valises. Verre opaque aux fenêtres. Ménage seulement ts les cinq jours, sinon payant. C’est aux clients de vider les poubelles ! Pas même un mug dans la chambre. Petit-déjeuner insipide servi ds un établissement situé à 100m de l’hôtel. Pas de lobby, pas de toilettes à l’accueil. Certains jours pas de personnel parlant anglais à l’accueil. Très mauvais rapport qualité/prix.

Pros:

La ubicación, muy cerca de una estación grande y punto de encuentro de varios autobuses para ir a gion y centros comerciales. La cama es cómoda. El personal muy amable.

Cons:

La limpieza del lugar; aire acondionado y la cortina de la ducha estaban sucios. La habitación es tal cual la descripción. Si vas con muchas maletas no puedes caminar bien.la secadora no funciona bien, igual por falta de mantenimiento.

Pros:

Notre séjour au Smart Place Inn Kyoto était fantastique ! 😍L’emplacement est idéal, à proximité d’une station de métro et de toutes les commodités, comme un Family Mart, une pharmacie et un McDonald’s. La chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle et confortable, ce qui est assez courant au Japon. ☺️ Elle est parfaite pour dormir, car le but est de profiter de Kyoto plutôt que de rester à l’hôtel. Le service de laverie au rez-de-chaussée est très pratique et ne coûte que 400¥. Le personnel était à l’écoute et incroyablement gentil. ☺️

We had a very lovely stay here and will definitely stay here again if we stay in Kyoto.
Pros:

The location is just a few minutes walk from a nearby station and we did not have any trouble with the check-in as the staff understand English as well. The room is very clean and we got comfortable pajamas to change. The hotel also helps us to receive our luggage transfers before checking in and help us to keep it safe after checking out.
