Pros:

Tuvimos un problema en el viaje de ida. Perdimos un telefono en el shinkansen. El personal del hotel hizo todo lo posible para coordinar su rescate y lograron hacer que lo enviaran hacia el hotel desde hakata. Estamos muy agradecidos por tanta ayuda.

Pros:

la ubicación es perfecta, en Kioto casi no hay lineas de metro entonces la gente se mueve más por bus y este hotel quedaba en el lugar perfecto para tomar varios buses a toda la ciudad 10/10

Rapport qualité/prix insatisfaisant eu égard à la taille des chambres et absence de prestations.
Pros:

proximité de la station de bus et métro "Umeda"

Cons:

La superficie des chambres,certes souvent de taille modeste au japon,mais ici très difficile de ranger deux valises même fermées.Idem SdB très très petite sans possibilité de ranger facilement deux trousses.Le ménage chambre pas effectué pendant les 4 jours.

Expect to pay tax on top of your accommodation.

It was clean . Location was good . Staff was nice .

The bed wasn’t comfortable. Overall is pretty basic..
I really don’t like extra cost. I paid for the accommodation beforeh and apparently I had to pay tax to the area. If it must be paid well, it should be in the accommodation..

L'emplacement à côté de la gare et des bus.
La propreté de l'hôtel,le calme, l'accès à la laverie.

Cons:

Le manque de courtoisie de certains personnels. Le ménage qui n'est fait que tous les cinq jours à moins de payer une prestation supplémentaire ! La taille de la chambre un peu juste pour ouvrir deux valises !

Location is great, very complete set of amenities, comfortable room and bed.

Cons:

Room was dirty when I arrived , particularly the bathroom. There were many hairs all over, it was gross. Then their policy is that cleaning only happens every 3 or 5 days, which means I wouldn't get a cleaning at all. So I complained to reception and they said they would come thr next day. Well, apparently they did but the bathroom was in the exact same condition. They were surprised, they claimed they had cleaned, so apparently their standards are really low. And after a month in Japan I can now tell you this is not normal!!!

Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel is in a good location and offers plenty of amenities. The subway station and bus station are very close to the hotel (just about 100 meters away). The suburb is very quiet and peaceful. We love walking so we took a walking tour to Nijo Castle which took roughly 30 minutes. There are convenient stores and supermarkets nearby within a short walking distance. We stayed here for 2 nights and we had best meals at different restaurants across the road both nights.

Cons:

Not the thing I don't like but it helps to know for 1st time visitors that there are several Smart Place Inn Kyoto in the same suburbs. We went to one and then were told we needed to go to another one just down the road. Please check the name of the station at the end of the hotel name.

Very small but conveniently placed
Pros:

Location was very convenient with a metro station and lots of shops nearby. Room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Very small room, no space to open suitcases. Room was cleaned half way through the stay and the bedding that was put on had stains and food marks on it

Pros:

La struttura ha una buona posizione, 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro e da molti 7-eleven.
Le camere sono un po piccole, con poco spazio a disposizione per i bagagli. Bagno pulito con kit di cortesia ben fornito. Personale disponibile ma non in grado di parlare inglese se non con il traduttore (anche alla reception).

Cons:

Le camere un po troppo piccole, forse al di sotto della media giapponese;se avete bagagli ingombranti potreste non riuscire ad aprirli tutti se non a terra.
La struttura non ha la possibilità di fare colazione in struttura; laddove optate per la colazione compresa, verrete mandati presso un cafe convenzionato (circa 5 minuti dall’albergo) in cui potrete scegliere un piatto dal loro menu. Il cafe apre alle 7:00.. tuttavia i tempi di ordine e preparazione non sono rapidi. Se avete in programma di partire presto evitate la colazione inclusa e optate per un 7-eleven (cosi abbiamo fatto noi).
