Pros:

一般的な日本のビジネスホテル。清潔です。

徒歩15分圏内にローカル銭湯がいくつかあるのでぜひ立ち寄ってみてください(海外の方はネットなどで銭湯のルールを確認してからにしてくださいね)。
有名なフルーツサンドのヤオイソもすぐ近くですよ。

Cons:

特にありませんが、近くに同じ系列の別ホテルがあるので間違えないよう注意です。

Good location, great staff, ok for a night or two, cheap but can find better conditions at this price.

Cons:

This place charges for things that are normally included amenities like drinking water and housekeeping. They offer one free cleaning for a 5 nights stay. Our room was not as clean as I would have expected for a place that charges for cleaning. The vent in the bathroom and the ac were full of dust, the toilet paper holder as well, there were multiple stains on the carpet and on the walls.

Hotel perfecto calidad-precio en Kyoto
Pros:

La ubicación es tranquila incluso para no estar lejos del centro. La habitación es amplia en comparación con otros hoteles en Japón. El personal, muy amable.

必要なもの過不足なく揃い、コンシェルジュもいて安心

Cons:

エアコンやバスルームなど、掃除が行き届いてるとは言い難い。こういう所を丁寧にしてもらえると嬉しいです。

Pros:

駅チカ
アメニティが充実
コンビニ、百均、ドラッグストアが近くにある
窓に網戸あるので、窓が開けれる(寒暖差激しい時は、外出前に窓開けて外気に慣れる必要あるので)
エアコンが冷暖房切り替え自由(中途半端な規制には重要)

Cons:

冷蔵庫が故障？
宅急便が出せない。着払いのみ可とかでもありがたい。
