Hotel le Verger

This is my first time leaving a review on here because this was one of my worst hotel experiences. Basically everything was wrong with this hotel and the room we were assigned. Be warned and save yourself the headache we had to deal with.
Room booked was supposed to have a balcony, it didn’t.
Hotel receptionist was supposed to speak English, Italian and French. She only spoke Italian and was very confused. She couldn’t find our booking for a while and claimed we hadn’t paid but eventually called her son who helped her find our booking.
There were house flies and spider webs in the room.
There was mold and old food in the fridge.
There was water damage on the ceiling.
The toilet and Wi-Fi didn’t work after the first day.
Mattress was very bad.
Some outlets didn’t work.

luogo tranquillo, la signora gentilissima. posizione buona per diversi punti di interesse.

This property is out of the way and not near dining. The owner was nice but there was no food service close by.

Arredo insufficiente con letti scomodi, pur con comoda spaziosità, scarsa pulizia generale e rumorosità degli scarichi adiacenti.

Établissement sympathique, je reviendrais

Struttura datata e fatiscente, camera molto sporca con prese della corrente non funzionanti e non ancorate al muro, veramente una bettola sconsigliatissimo da non prendere neanche in considerazione.
Consiglierei una visita da parte della ASL.

Location was good for my needs.
The property looked nothing like the photos provided. Inside the filthy room was exposed wiring. The walls and floors were filthy. Multiple spider webs throughout the room. No toilet paper provided. The property exterior had weeds growing knee high. Very unkept. I could go on, but you get the picture.
The lady running the location asked mr how i liked my room and I explained how filthy it was. She shrugged her shoulders and said "sorry".

A beautiful building with a good view from the balcony. Some people may consider the room a little dated but we thought this was part of its charm. Our host was an elderly lady who was very attentive and polite, she was very fastidious about getting all the details from our passport. At breakfast time she greeted us in a white overall apron, and took great care of everyone dining. We would definitely stay there again.

Qualità prezzo ok

Sono stato 2 notti nel weekend passato per staccare dalla città. Devo dire che il posto esterno è incantevole, la stanza si affacciava sulle alpi e sulla vallata . Internamente la stanza si presentava comunque pulita ma con un arredamento spartano . Per il resto l hotel è in un punto strategico per andare a Cervinia .i proprietari sono stati cordiali e gentilissimi . Mi hanno cominque risolto un problema di prenotazione e devo dire che mi sono sentito un po come in famiglia . Il prezzo è uno dei piu bassi del territorio. Siamo stati davvero bene . Ci torneremo .
