Pros:

The most lovely location and fantastic views. The staff was absolutely delightful. It was such a pleasure to stay at the property, and I would definitely want to go back again. The pool area was amazing and the food delicious

Pros:

Essere circondata dalla natura e dal silenzio. Ottimo il servizio di acqua a disposizione gratuitamente e la gentilezza di tutto lo staff.

Cons:

Piscina con acqua fredda con la maggior parte dei lettini da sistemare.

Ładne widoki, super basen, dobre jedzenie i miła obsługa
Pros:

Bardzo urokliwe miejsce na wzgórzu z pięknym widokiem, do dyspozycji basen, dobre śniadania, możliwość zamówienia obiadu i kolacji w obiekcie

Cons:

Może jedynym minusem będzie dojazd, to może być trudna droga dla niedoświadczonego kierowcy. Kreta droga później bez asfaltu.

Perfect stay
Pros:

This place is located in a beautiful place. There is a wonderfuk view. Breakfast was not only sweet - you can choose also eggs, bacon etc. It was very całym. Very nice stuff

Unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen und ein Wiedersehen wird es sicher geben
Pros:

Das war einfach nur Perfekt. Das Tenuta Fattoria Vecchia hat unsere Erwartungen nochmal übertroffen. Die Deluxe Junior Suite war für uns einfach perfekt. Die große Terrasse mit perfekter Ausrichtung zum Sonnenuntergang war einfach nur beeindruckend.
Das Dinner war ebenso sehr gut. Die Speisekarte ist zwar recht übersichtlich, aber für uns war das absolut ausreichend.
Zusätzlich ist es mir ein Anliegen, die Mitarbeiterin Zenovia extra zu erwähnen:
Sie hat uns sehr tolle und hilfreiche Tips zu Reisezielen im Umland gegeben, welche wir dann auch alle besucht haben. Das war absolut außergewöhnlich und für uns sehr hilfreich. Dank ihr haben wir eine bleibende Erinnerung an diesen Kurztrip.

Cons:

Was wir nicht so gut fanden, war zum einen das Brot. Klar ... wir sind mit der deutschen Vielfalt an Brot sicherlich verwöhnt. Aber auch in Italien könnte man vielleicht 2-3 Sorten zur Verfügung stellen.
Außerdem ist die Zufahrt ein Abenteuer für sich. Denkt man auf den ersten Metern noch, dass das schon ziemlich eng ist, so ist die Schotterstrasse auf den letzten ca. 500 Metern schon eine Herausforderung für das Fahrzeug. Mit einem tiefergelegten Fahrzeug möchte ich da nicht anreisen.

Pros:

Eine Oase der Ruhe. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Frühstück wird jeden Morgen vom freundlichen und engagierten Personal serviert, es gibt frischen gepressten Orangensaft. Die Auswahl der Speisen ist überschaubar, aber lecker!
Auf Wunsch gibt es ein leichtes Mittagessen, das man am Morgen bestellen muss. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Abendessen, es gibt reichlich Auswahl, die Portionen sind ein wahrer Genuss und groß genug, um satt zu werden!

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr erholsam. Gut zum Abschalten. Toller Pool und Blick in die Ferne.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service, insbesondere durch die herzliche und sehr zuvorkommende Zenovia. Sie gibt der Tenuta die entscheidende positive Herzlichkeit, so dass wir uns willkommen fühlten. Toller Blick in die Weite mit schönen Sonnenuntergängen. Gutes Frühstück. Gute Atmosphäre auf der tollen Terrasse und im Restaurant. Sehr reichliche Portionen. Ein fantastischer Pool.

Cons:

Das morgendliche Ausfüllen des Frühstück Zettels ist etwas umständlich. Wir hatten leider Regen und dann kann man nicht mehr viel machen, außer zu lesen, da die Anlage auf dem Hügel im Abseits liegt.

Perfect authentic Tuscan getaway
Pros:

We loved the authentic feel this place had, which was exactly what we were looking for during our stay in Tuscany.
Special mention for the staff, they were so lovely and made our stay even more appreciable.
The view from the pool area is stunning (and from our room's balcony).
We enjoyed two dinners in the restaurant, it was great.

Cons:

The bathroom felt a bit old, but we suppose it's also part of the authenticity of the place. It was sparkling clean nonetheless.

Theoretisch Potential - signifikante Defizite
Pros:

Schöne Lage, toller Blick. Für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gutes Frühstück.
Personal überwiegend freundlich und engagiert, allerdings sollte man nicht widersprechen und keine eigenen Wünsche äußern (meine Frau wollte auf der Terrasse zu Abend essen), sonst wird man einige Tage ignoriert! Wenn zeitgleich viele Frühstücksgäste erscheinen, leicht überfordert.

Cons:

Suite gebucht. Eine von zweien. Lokalisiert im Erdgeschoss. Beim Betreten Schimmelgeruch. Auch Schimmel in der Dusche. Zwei Klimageräte aus dem Baumarkt, Höllenlärm, nachts um 1 Uhr 31 Grad im Raum bei 95% relativer Feuchte - kurz: unerträglich! Die Bettwäsche war immer klamm.
Schrankraum so begrenzt, dass wir die ganze Zeit überwiegend aus dem Koffer gelebt haben, der gebuchten „Suite“ sicher unwürdig.
Pool gut gelegen. Leider Pooldusche während der gesamten Zeit defekt - immerhin nach 10 Tagen ein Schild in 4 Sprachen aufgehängt, das über den Sachtatbestand informierte. Fazit: bei Temperaturen von knapp 40 Grad gingen alle Gäste schwitzend und völlig ungeduscht ins Wasser - hygienisch äußerst bedenklich, zudem die Poolpflege mit überschaubarem Engagement durchgeführt wurde.
Kein Tresor, keine Minibar im Zimmer. 22 Uhr endet jeder Service. Sehr überschaubare Speisekarte mittags und am Abend.
Letzte 700 m der Zuwegung unbefestigte Schotterpiste, für Sportwagen (eigentlich) nicht geeignet.
Offensichtlich von Hotelkette übernommen, sicher muss man Startschwierigkeiten zugestehen.
Nach Kontakt mit der zuständigen Managerin und sachlicher Äußerung berechtigter Kritik Beschimpfungen, Beleidigungen und Drohungen - keine Entschuldigung (wohl von den Mitarbeitern vor Ort - sogar schriftlich per Mail) - das ist völlig inakzeptabel!!

Pros:

Wieder einmall ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal da und haben diese Hotel bereits mehrfach unseren Freunden empfohlen. Die Tenuta Fattoria Vecchia überzeugt mit herrlicher Lage, einem atemberaubenden Blick in die Natur und einer warmen, familiären Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer sind charmant eingerichtet, das Essen ist sehr gut, und das Team ist unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Il posto è isolato e con una bella vista
Ottimo per fermarsi a rilassarsi per qualche giorno

Cons:

Le modalità di assegnazione delle camere durante la prenotazione su Booking
Ti fanno vedere camere e poi ti viene confermata in un secondo momento , quando hai già prenotato senza poter disdire gratuitamente, una stanza che non c’era nella tipologia scelta.
