Always amazing! Never book anywhere else!
Pros:

Everything! I’ll book this hotel over any on the island! Pleasant staff, room is always clean, mini fridge always stocked with drinks, crisps and chocolate! I always book the suit and it’s such a beautiful room! Best hotel in my opinion on the island!

Nothing at all!

Highly recommended as a base to explore IOM
Pros:

Location very good all staff were very friendly & welcoming , the lady on reception was lovely , the Manager who was most attentive , especially Deep who served breakfast and was very informative on where to visit on the IOM they are all a credit to the hotel

Excellent
Pros:

The staff were very kind and accommodating, the Hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was really enjoyable with plenty of choice and a nice comfortable dining room to start the day.

Cons:

The room was HOT though we were able to cool it by opening windows , I’m not sure the thermostat was working properly though as we only stayed for two nights it was not mentioned to staff at the time

Nice hotel - small issues - good management response

Lovely hotel, super professional, and friendly staff. Great location!!
Pros:

The hotel decor was lovely. The room was very spacious, with LED strip lighting. Which was a nice touch. They were also immaculate. With a coffee set up and nice treats in the mini fridge.

Cons:

The only issue was that it was very windy when we stayed. Guests kept leaving the main door open, and the wind did howl through. Which I do understand was out of the hotels control. They have done their best with the windows and even supplied ear plugs.

Lovely hotel and staff, would definitely return.
Pros:

Clean, tidy, food well presented and tasty. WiFi good.

Cons:

Not so much a dislike but a coffee machine in the room would be great 😊

Very relaxing, I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
Pros:

The hotel was exceptionally good. The breakfasts were great, just what we required. The rooms were beautiful. The waiter who we had in the mornings was very helpful, he also gave us ideas of where to go and how to get the best parking places throughout the day.

Cons:

I couldn't fault the hotel, it was lovely.

Thoroughly enjoyable
Pros:

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Open early on leaving day. Very pleasant staff and helpful. Shower was excelent. Room cleaned daily and items in fridge were complimentary.

Cons:

Toilet seat was unattached in downstairs loo.

As good as the hotel was , the staff were exceptional so well done to the owner for his choice.
Pros:

The staff were excellent without exception . Breakfast was good. The location was very central to Douglas.

Cons:

We would have liked a lighter duvet but to be fair we did not request one.
