Von der ersten Minute an, haben wir uns so dermaßen gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Sämtliche Wünsche wurden uns sofort erfüllt. Das Personal war so unglaublich freundlich und das war vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag der Fall. Bin selbst aus der Hotellerie tätig und war einfach begeistert. Das Hotel hat eine sehr lange Geschichte und ich kann nur hoffen das es den Charme bei behält. Es ist vielleicht nicht so wichtig, für manche, aber die Matratzen waren super. Haben alle soo geschlafen. Frühstück alles was man braucht. Danke an das ganze Team und wir kommen definitiv wieder

Everything was perfect for our visit. There was a lovely choice of food for breakfast and it was central for where we wanted to go. The staff were all very helpful but Francesca was amazing! She helped us so much and was really friendly.

Hotel ligt erg mooi in een kleine baai op een ,vwb het Gardameer, rustige plek. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goed ontbijt, alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig. Het geheel is wel wat gedateerd, maar wie daar doorheen kan kijken, vindt er een prima verblijf.

Pros:

Beim Frühstück ist Auswahl ausreichend und sehr gut,
Sehr freundliches Personal.
Hotel hat eine super Lage in unmittelbarer Strandnähe.
Der Freitags-Bazar direkt vor der Haustüre ist ein zusätzliches Bonus.

Cons:

Trotz öfterem nachfragen keine Möglichkeit bekommen im Hoteleigenen Parkplatz zu parken, obwohl dieser nicht mal zur Hälfte belegt und sichtlich mehr als genug Platz vorhanden gewesen wäre.
Bei einer Buchung direkt beim Hotel wäre dies sogar Gratis inbegriffen gewesen.
Begrüßt wurden wir von den Parkwächtern mit einer Parkstrafe von € 64,90 , Wir hatten das Auto am Parkplatz vor dem Hotel parkiert um das Gepäck auszuladen und einzuchecken, In der Zwischenzeit hatte niemand an den notwendigen Parkticket gedacht. Zurück am Auto war schon die Begrüßng schriftlich an der Windschutzscheibe.

Schönes Hotel in super Lage
Pros:

Super Lage am Ende des Ortes mit Balkon und Seeblick. Tolles Frühstück, dass man auch auf der Gartenterrasse einnehmen kann. Der Frühstückskellner, Raimundo, mit seinem perfekten und angenehmen Service ist einfach perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang sind auch sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer werden täglich sehr gut gereinigt Wir waren schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel und haben uns immer sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Schade, dass nur Direktbucher einen Hotelparkplatz bekommen. Das direkte Buchen ist aber nur per Malianfrage möglich. Es gibt leider noch kein Portal wo man gleich sehen kann welche Zimmer zu welchem Zeitpunkt verfügbar sind.
Zimmer, die nicht zur Seeseite liegen sind laut, da die Strasse sehr nah ist.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel am Gardasee und haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals sowie der Chefin. Alle waren stets herzlich, aufmerksam und bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

Amazing location, beautiful views, close to the bus station and ferry.
Choice of nice restaurants close to the hotel
Close to the beach and promenade to Bardolino
Breakfast is the same every morning, but everything tasted good
