Pros:

Schoon en sfeervol hotel aan de rand van een schitterend natuurgebied met veel wandel en fietsroutes. Uitgebreid en heerlijk vers ontbijt. Kamer en badkamer schoon en netjes. Kleine kamer met weinig zitruimte. Informatie en communicatie uitsluitend in het Pools.

Eccellent value for money, small hiccups.
Pros:

short walk to car park. friendly reception. interior pretty basic but clean and functional. Downside was exisiting but yet non-functional aircon (The reception said system is being only installed ;-)), There were two broken lightbulbs (bathroom and one of bedside lamp). Shower hinge.fallen off on 2nd day. NOTABLY nothing a dealbreaker, given the price in particular. The hotel gives a carffe for water with unlimited selection of still/semi/sparkling water fountain at the reception.

Nice, clean room. I missed the safety box and a fridge.
Unfortunately I don't speak polish so I can't tell whether the customer service was good or not. My impression was that they don't care much about customers.

Pokój od ulicy nie należy do cichych kaloryfery wyłączają się wiec w porze deszczowej trudno jest coś wysuszyć. Na śniadanie pyszne bułeczki ałe zwykłego chleba brak. Brak czajnika w pokój. Na korytarzu jest płatny automat do kawy herbaty. Mapka z tarasami rowerowymi jest ałe za opłatą 3 zł. Żelu do mycia brak ałe za to dwa szampony. Poduszka bardzo cienka tapczan wąski ałe za to wszystko cena niska.

Czysty i komfortowy hotel atrakcyjnie zlokalizowany, natomiast czułem sie jak intruz w sytuacji gdy w okresie gdy przebywałem w tym obiekcie była także w tym czasie grupa szkolna około 50 osób. Podczas obiadu czy śniadania poprostu nie było dla mnie miejsca a obsługa wogóle nie wykazała w najmniejszym stopniu zainteresowania rozwiązaniem tej sytuacji.
