Generally, a nice stay; might consider again but mostly due to its location.

Well-located, clean, consistent; staff, especially Sydney, was excellent!

Cons:

Bed sheeting and pillows are awful - the quality, not the daily fixing;; breakfast was just ok; no comfortable spaces to sit outside - the grilling area isn’t comfortable at all and neither is the space next to TX Roadhouse

Staff and housekeeping were very nice. Housekeeping gals were always friendly as you’d pass. They work very hard.

Friendly, close to restaurants and CSU, clean, quiet, even had a kitchen!
Pros:

Very friendly front desk staff. Thank you for being accommodating after our room was not available at checkin - we received an adequate substitute and followup accommodation. Breakfast was standard fare. Rooms were clean and very comfortable.

Cons:

Our reservation was changed at the last minute by the hotel. Hard to know what happened because there was a wind storm and forest fires in the area - so we were understanding and it all worked out with a lot of front desk staff graciousness.

Oh, and all our stay was wonderful. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

The property was beautiful inside and out rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The front desk man was a little upset when I told him I left my key in the room and asked where the elevator was, and he told me I would also need my key to get into the elevator, stood in the lobby for about 30 minutes, waiting for him to let me into the elevator..

Unfriendly and Squeaky

Cons:

The lady who checked me in was not welcoming or friendly so right from the start it was an unpleasant experience. Then we got all settled in our room only to realize the bed was extremely loud and squeaky. We didn't want to pack up all our stuff and ask to move rooms, especially with the unfriendly staff member at the front so we just dealt with it. We stay with Hilton anytime we travel and have even stayed at this specific location multiple times over the years and it has always been a good experience so this is not the typical service/quality we are used to which is why I felt it was worth mentioning.
