TUTTO.
La strada trafficata e rumorosa sia di giorno che di notte.
La ferrovia con i treni che passavano rumorosi anche di notte che ci svegliavano col batticuore. L'appartamento senza aria condizionata con il caldo esagerato di agosto...impensabile!
I box stretti e scomodi da dover fare 7/8 manovre sia x entrare che x uscire.
Le spiagge inesistenti piccole e affollate.
Il centro città a 2 km di distanza, oltre la pineta.

Posizione, pulizia, balcone esterno, posto auto privato, presenza ascensore, possibilità di ospitare animali.

Cons:

Mancanza di aria condizionata, arredi vetusti e poco funzionali (il box doccia cade a pezzi), sciacquone del water che non funziona bene (bisogna premerlo almeno 4 volte per farlo scaricare ogni volta), mancanza del tappetino del bagno, rapporto qualità prezzo non ottimale.

Die Beschreibung des Zimmers entspricht der Realität. Es gibt alle Annehmlichkeiten: Föhn, Bügelbrett, Wäschetrockner, Warmwasser. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Zum Meer sind es 5 Minuten.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sehr laut ist. Auf der einen Seite befindet sich die Hauptstraße, auf der anderen die Eisenbahn.
