We had a very enjoyable stay at Hilton Concept Hotel in Edinburgh and were very pleased overall with the experience. The apartment-style room was beautifully decorated, with a tasteful and welcoming design that made the stay feel comfortable and pleasant from the start.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, which added to the positive impression. The bed was comfortable, although we felt it was a little small for two people, and this is one area where the accommodation could improve.
One of the hotel’s greatest strengths is definitely its location. It is in a very convenient and lively area, ideal for exploring Edinburgh, whether you are interested in historical attractions, walking around the city, or enjoying food, drinks, and the local atmosphere. We found it to be an excellent base for experiencing both the cultural and social side of the city.
We also appreciated the reasonable price, especially in comparison with other options we found in Edinburgh. Overall, it offered a good and fair balance between cost and what was provided. The apartment equipment could be improved a little, for example by adding a cooking hob or providing more cutlery and kitchen essentials for guests who may want to prepare food. Even so, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly consider staying here again.

Comfortable rooms with good beds. The location is right next to the castle, and the park.
The Heeton Concept Aparthotel Edinburgh Queen Street is a proper hotel with a reception desk and an elegant lobby. The room (family room on the third floor) was spacious with two separate bedrooms and a kitchen area. The beds were comfortable. There was a fridge, a microwave, awater boiler and even a dish washer AND a washing machine! (though we didn't use those). The neighbourhood is quiet, about 5 minutes walk away from busier streets. The room was perfect for a family of four.
The staff could have been a bit friendlier. We did not feel very welcome checking in. Be aware that the breakfast is very limited. We did not find it worth the price. Besides tea and coffee and juice there was only croissants (no other bread or any eggs or bacon or anything), yoghurt and some kind of porridge in paper boxes (that we didn't try).
Also, the fire alarm (a piercing, scary signal) went off and we quickly evacuated from a fire exit and ended up in a back alley. There was no staff anywhere to explain what had happened even when we walked around the block to the main entrance and very little information (another hotel guest had used the microwave improparly so that there was smoke). This happened three times in two days!

Zentrale Lage, schöne große und gemütliche Zimmer. Auch der Eingangsbereich war sehr gemütlich und das Hotel hat ein schönes Design. Das Appartement mit 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern und kleiner Küche hätte locker für uns 3 mit Hund gereicht, leider hatten wir 2 solche gebucht.

Locatie is top!
Het ontbijt is triest. Geen brood, yoghurt, beleg, ei/spek… enkel een paar verse stukken fruit en een paar gevulde croissants. Geen aanrader om erbij te nemen. Daarnaast was en niet goed gepoetst en de douche was niet in hoogte verstelbaar, dus grotere mensen moeten wat bukken.
