Magical in the Galilee

Hard to find the place. No signs outside on the street side, especially if you drove in on the opposite side to the entrance.
Otherwise fine. Would have preferred a closet instead of a jacuzzi.

Clean and new hotel near the restaurants and shopping complex. Large and clean and quiet room was perfect and the location was great. The garden is relaxing and beautiful. A private spa bath in the room was pampering

Great vacation Modern place Very comfortable bed I received orthopedic pillows, spacious room, large shower and very clean.

The stay was not so good.
It would have looked more like a hotel for hourly use rather than a hotel for the hospitality of distinguished guest

The place looks quite old, not too clean with some smell. although it was quite cheap comparing other places, the stay was quite disappointing, especially due to the condition of the place.

There was a jaccuzy bath in the room

It’s a strange but cute-ish place. Over-priced and one of the bedrooms only has a window to the internal hallway which is suffocating if you shut the bedroom door.

Perfect quiet air conditioning. And a very quiet area, we had dinner at the chef's restaurant in the complex.
We got an invested breakfast for the garden.
Plus we got free parking thanks

I have to say the staff did an amazing job, preparing a nice welcome for my birthday arrival at the motel.

Lots of thoughtful touches, really a lovely experience.

Large rooms, very clean, large garden and BBQ area, was a pampering spa bath with very comfortable pillows.

My wife celebrated a birthday and the staff immediately upgraded our room with pink balloons and champagne. The room was very clean and well designed, the kitchen had hot and milky drinks.

We had wonderful service, and it was a pleasure. Our room was upgraded at no cost once we asked for twin beds, and they were very accommodating. We came with a baby, so that a crib, blanket and towel were set up for him and they were so nice about it.
One of the beds was not as comfortable, but the other was fine.
The rooms were clean and quite reasonable for a very fair price.
The location is terrific. Less than 10 minutes to lots of the hikes in the area, and a 24/7 supermarket is right on the premises.

This property is described as a beautiful resort with hotel facilities , restaurants and gym room, large gardens and beautiful views. However it is a rundown motel stuck on the side of a busy road in an industrial area far from the town. I had booked through Orbitz a 1 bed roomed suite with a garden view and with a king size pullout bed in the apartment. I was told via text that I had been bumped to a better room. On arrival I was shown into this horrible room place via the back entrance, no hotel, no reception, no restaurants. This room was shocking, there were no windows in it and right there in this tiny room was a bubble bath next to the bed. I was shocked and upset and conveyed my disappointment to the the men who were showing this room. I asked for a refund and this was refused. My wife and I left with promises that they would try and cancel the booking. However what happened next was shocking, we began to receive threatening texts, saying they would report me to the police, the border police and have us barred from Israel. These texts went on for days. I contacted Orbitz but they would not do anything about a refund. This is NOT a resort BEWARE
