La posizione comoda per andare al mare con spiaggia pulita e parcheggi.
Inoltre comoda per gli spostamenti verso altre località balneari o di montagna.

Mi sono trovato molto bene
Pros:

Considerando che la struttura si trova al confine tra Patti e Gioiosa Marea sulla strada statale sicula e siamo fuori stagione ho trovato la struttura molto carina e il rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. La consiglio per una vacanza estiva inquanto dista dalla spiaggia circa 100 metri.

Fomos conhecer Patti, cidade ontem meu sogro nasceu! A cidade é maravilhosa, silenciosa, acolhedora, assim como a Laura! Nos recepcionou muito bem, com carinho!
O hotel é na melhor região da cidade, vista para a praia, perto dos restaurantes legais! O quarto é espaçoso, tem varanda e até um varal para secar roupas! Também conta com elevador e estacionamento para carros.

Soggiorno positivo.
Pros:

Camera grande e pulita. Buona colazione con dolci e salati. Posizione dell' hotel vicinissima alla spiaggia libera e ai bagni. Possibilità di parcheggio gratuito.

Cons:

Hotel in fase di ristrutturazione , quindi esternamente all'arrivo non si presenta molto bene alla vista , con il secondo piano e il lato parcheggio con muratura al grezzo. Comunque la parte agibile dell'hotel ( pianterreno e primo piano ) è sistemata discretamente. La strada di fronte all' hotel è molto trafficata e mancante di marciapiedi ma questo non dipende certamente da voi. Consiglierei di valorizzare la facciata e l'ingresso dell'hotel con fioriere di piante verdi e fiorite.

Ottima l' 'accoglienza dello staff e la pulizia della camera . Il parcheggio si trova facilmente e anche la spiaggia è vicinissima alla struttura

Cons:

Peccato dover attraversare a piedi la strada statale per entrare nell'hotel.
