朝食代が二重請求されました。1回目は予約時にBooking.comから、2回目はチェックイン時にVesselホテルから請求されました。Booking.comが詐欺師なのかVesselホテルが詐欺師なのか、あるいは両方なのかは分かりませんが、他の宿泊客も既に同様の被害に遭い、レビューで報告しています。VesselホテルもBooking.comも二度と利用しません。泥棒です。

ルームウェアのサイズ変更ができ、ロビーにてアメニティを必要な分、自室に持って行くことができロスが少なくて良いと思った。

Cons:

チェックインの際に対応していただいたスタッフの方が外国の方なのか早口で内容が分かりにくい部分があった。
朝食バイキングを予約していたが、繁忙期なこともあり混雑(15組程度待機)していたので諦めた。ピックアップして自室での飲食が可能との事だったが、口コミを見て期待していた面もあったので残念に思った。
