Good location a short walk away from the train station and surrounded by restaurants; child-friendly

Cons:

Staff was not very welcoming. When we arrived with a four-months old baby 45 minutes before our check-in time, we were told that we paid from 2 o’clock so we need to wait. When we asked again at 1:45, after other people had already checked in, the room was allegedly not ready, but we were checked in shortly after.

Relaxing stay in Nagoya
Pros:

The location was great. I used the public spa and enjoyed the sauna. I loved the amenities and free drinks. We had a wonderful time.

Cons:

The room could be bigger. Daily water would be nice. Common area for cooking would be good.

Pros:

Das öffentliche Bad erinnert an ein Onsen Erlebnis. In Kombination mit der Sauna fühlte sich jeder Tag wie ein Wellness Tag an.

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war recht laut (konnte man aber abschalten) und die Toilette war bei Benutzung nicht zu überhören.

Best stay of our japan trip
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. I lost my hat on the train and they tried to help me above and beyond and also delivery with my luggages. The hotel is amazing because of the staff. Family and kid friendly hotel, amazing amenities, perfect location. Want to try all the vessel branches plus return to this one. Beautiful staff!

Cons:

Hotel rooms are very tiny but everything else made up for the tiny room.

Buena ubicación y trato exquisito
Pros:

Buena ubicación, cerca de la estación de tren y de paradas de bus que llevan a zonas más turísticas.
Habitación espaciosa, con camas cómodas y todo estaba limpio.
Desayuno tipo buffet que se agradece después de varios días con desayuno kaiseki.
