Pros:

The property is excellent, the location is near the station, and the breakfast was quite pleasant.

Cons:

Customer service was disappointing. Although my booking stated that breakfast was included, staff tried to charge me for my children; even after I showed the screen reading “breakfast included in the final price”, they argued that I might have missed something. I waited 20 minutes while the receptionist moved between the desk and the manager’s office, and only a formal complaint brought the manager out.

I also asked for a new pair of slippers for my child because the ones provided were too small, and they again refused the extra pair. Once more, a formal complaint was needed before they replaced the slippers that were too small for my child.

Pros:

The thoughtfulness of everything - even the small details. From the amenities of the public bath to the free shaved ice/drinks for guests during the hot times we were there. Breakfast buffet was great too.

Cons:

The rooms were smaller than expected. And as the kids are for free. They didn't calculate extra towels/breakfast or pillows for four ppl, just two ppl. But we could easily fix extra towels and pillows by asking the reception. (And extra payment for breakfast for the kids)

Gutes Frühstück. Sauber. Münzwaschautomat. Relativ nah am Bahnhof. Personal freundlich und spricht recht gut Englisch. Onsen.

Cons:

Zimmer relativ klein (für europäische Verhältnisse). Mülleimer klein. Kein Gym.

Pros:

Hôtel pratique bien placé par rapport à la gare pour un passage express d’une nuit et visite au parc Ghibli tout proche
Beau buffet de petit déjeuner

Cons:

Reservation pour 4 personnes (2 enfants de 12 et 15 ans) mais une seule chambre avec 2 lits simples un peu larges ….. heureusement que nous sommes minces …. Je n’ai pas bien compris pourquoi nos enfants n’avaient pas l’air compris dans cette reservation. Les photos des chambres sur le site de booking utilisent une perspective donnant l’impression que les lits sont beaucoup plus larges…

La globalité de l'hôtel

Il a fallu batailler une heure en raison d'un problème de correspondance de la réservation et les deux chambres affecté et également le petit déjeuner des enfants qui bien que payé à la réservation n'avait pas était pris en compte

親子友善且在疲勞的一日旅程後，能去大澡堂泡澡紓解壓力後來根冰棒是最美好的享受，也是小孩最期待的行程之一。
Pros:

早餐超級豐盛，滿足了日式早餐（納豆與生雞蛋拌飯）的體驗，又有滿滿的名古屋當地特色餐點（炸豬排、鰻魚等）、入住期間的小菜每天都有新菜色，補菜速度又很快，讓人非常滿意。且咖啡機的咖啡是我目前喝過最好喝的，比台灣多間五星級飯店還好。

Cons:

空調的濾網要定期整理，以提高冷房效率，而避免變成是清晨時間的冷氣才會最冷。

Pros:

The location was great. It’s a walkable distance from Nagoya Station and good restaurants. The room was simple, beautiful and cozy. The breakfast was amazing! The big bath was also very nice. All the amenities and services were top notch.
