Localização é boa! Próximo tem tudo também. Mercado, padaria, patinetes elétricos, etc.

Cons:

Na acomodação poderia ter pelo menos uma airfryer, tinham apenas 2 pratos, ar condicionado estava pingando no chão do quarto, foi preciso colocar uma vasilha. Se é para mais de 2 pessoas, deveria ter mais utensílios.

Do apto, já que havia um vasamento no ar condicionado do quarto e no outro apto o ar condicionado muito barulhento da sala. Não havia ferro de passar roupa, abridor de vinho, vimos barata no apto tbm e os móveis velhos e internet lenta. Faltou tomadas no quarto

Gente, sério, acomodação horrível. Primeiro que eu reservei um quarto, aí simplesmente o proprietário remarcou minha viagem para maio de 2017, e eu não vi. Além disso cada proprietário é de um apartamento, tem uns lindos, mas outros caindo aos pedaços. Tudo tem carpete nos corredores e fede a mofo e xixi.

A hospedagem foi boa no geral. O apartamento estava limpo, com toalhas e roupa de cama em quantidade suficiente para todos os hóspedes. No nosso caso, éramos uma família de quatro pessoas e tudo atendeu às nossas necessidades. As camas são confortáveis, o que contribuiu para uma estadia agradável.
Entretanto, há um ponto importante que futuros hóspedes devem considerar. Atualmente existe uma obra no terreno ao lado do prédio, e as janelas do apartamento ficam voltadas para essa construção. O barulho é muito intenso das 7h30 às 17h, inclusive aos sábados e feriados, tornando praticamente impossível dormir ou descansar nesse período. Se a sua intenção é relaxar ou dormir até mais tarde, recomendo verificar antes da reserva se a obra já foi concluída. E principalmente se tiver pessoas na família com sensibilidade ao barulho, veja outro lugar.
Outro aspecto que considero inadequado foi a entrada da camareira no apartamento antes do horário do check-out, sem o check out ser feito e sem que tivéssemos solicitado limpeza ou autorizado a entrada, ou seja durante a estadia.
No geral, a hospedagem atendeu às expectativas, mas esses pontos merecem atenção por parte da administração.

Cons:

O ponto negativo foi o barulho intenso da obra ao lado, das 7h30 às 17h, inclusive aos sábados e feriados, não sei se o domingo há tralhadores pois saimos no sábado. O barulho torna impossível descansar durante período das 7: até as 17, sendo que há uma pausa para almoço. Recomendo verificar se a obra já foi concluída antes de fazer a reserva. Também não gostei que uma funcionária entrou no apartamento antes do check-out, sem solicitação ou autorização. A privacidade do hóspede deve ser respeitada, e funcionários não deveriam entrar na acomodação durante a estadia sem o consentimento do hóspede, exceto em casos de emergência.

Cons:

Tive problemas pra destrancar a porta todos os dias. Um deles tive que chamar ajuda de funcionários pra abrir . O ar do quarto muito antigo, demorou um século para conseguir refrescar o quarto . O apartamento volta um cheiro ruim , principalmente do banheiro. Não tinha sabonetes , shampoo, condicionador, só veio depois que eu pedi . Não tinha edredom.

Disappointing, extensive loud construction work happening next to the apartment, obstructing ocean views, and horrible s

The pool and bistro/restaurant next to the ocean were lovely.

Cons:

We were very disappointed with this stay.

Firstly, we were charged an extra 290 riels because we had 2 children. One of the children shared the large king size bed with us anyway so I don’t see the problem with this and the reason to charge more as no breakfast was included or anything like this. Also after being charged more for children we were not provided with more towels and had to share 2 towels between 4 people for our stay.

Next, the position of the apartment isn’t like the photos, as there is currently extensive construction work happening opposite the apartment. It’s very loud and the view into this construction zone is horrible and obstructs and destroys the otherwise pleasant view to the ocean. An alert/photos of the current situation should be included in the advertisement for the apartment as currently it’s misleading and we actually didn’t get what we paid for. We will actually be requesting some discount/refund as this is dishonest not to disclose the true situation with the construction works happening.

Next, there was a horrible sewerage smell constantly in the bathroom. We had to keep the bathroom door closed as otherwise the smell would drift into the rest of the apartment.

Overall I would not recommend anyone to stay at this apartment. It was a very disappointing experience. If you do stay in the complex, choose an apartment on the other side of the complex away from the extensive construction work happening next to it.
