The room was cozy for a solo traveler, very clean, bright and comfortable. The breakfast wasn't included but it was amazing, buffet, very delicious dishes and good price as well. I enjoyed the pool as well, it was a very good amenity to enjoy after a day tour or a city walking tour because the weather was terrible, hot and humid. The staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. Also, the room was very comfortable to work, it has a little desk and sockets.
I didn't like that at the restaurant i couldn't find any socket to plug my laptop when i was working there, i had to come back to my room to charge it, it was a pity because the place is very comfortable to grab food and drinks meanwhile working.
We loved the location of the hotel. It is in a very chill, local and lovely neighbourhood of Bangkok, which had been recommended to us by a friend’s crew from the city. Walking around the area every morning and having breakfast nearby was one of the highlights of our stay. There are also great restaurants for the evening, which felt especially nice after spending the day exploring busier parts of Bangkok.
The BTS Skytrain is just around the corner, which was very convenient, and we also really enjoyed that line and its character. The hotel itself felt like a little oasis in such a hot and busy city. The swimming pool was lovely, towels were provided, and it was very appreciated after a long day outside.
The staff were all very kind, the facilities were very comfortable, and the overall design of the hotel is beautiful. Everything felt new, clean and very well cared for. We also liked that some areas of the hotel are open-air, which gives the place a calm and pleasant atmosphere.
The only small downside was that the windows in the room could not be opened. Because of that, the room sometimes felt a bit dry with the air conditioning. It was also slightly difficult to find the right temperature at night: we did not want to sleep with the AC airflow directly on, but if we turned it off, the room became warm quite quickly.
Of course, this is partly due to Bangkok’s hot climate, but perhaps the hotel could consider small improvements to the AC setup or ventilation in the rooms in the future. Apart from that, everything was amazing.

A very located property away from the busy areas of the city. The rooms were adequately spacious with good temperature control and comfortable bedding. The staff was always hospitable and helpful with whatever we needed.
The breakfast was very good but the a-la-carte menu could’ve been better if it changed periodically.
We enjoyed the modern look of the hotel. We also liked the pool. Although we didn't grab a drink at Baby Bar, it had a cool vibe and unique drink types. We had breakfast here one day, and loved the aesthetic of the seating areas, inside and outside. The food has fusion options and they accommodate all diets.
The pillows were a bit too firm. It can be located a bit far for some, especially if it's a first time visit. While I didnt make use of it, there is a tuktuk shuttle that takes you to the nearest BTS stop, or you can walk 15 minutes to it.

Sehr willkommenes und freundliches und aufmerksames Personal, Internet war super, das Zimmer gross und das Bett gemütlich.
Ich war nicht im Pool, weil mir die Lage direkt an der Bar, das anscheinend ein Instagram-Hotspot für junge Menschen ist, unangenehm war. Das Fitnessstudio ist spartanisch eingerichtet, ich habe mir ein anderes in der Nähe gesucht. Apropos Nähe: die Lage des Hotels ist meiner Meinung nach nicht das beste. Es fahren zwar Busse in die Nähe des Hotels, zur Skytrain ist es aber doch ein beachtlicher Weg, vor allem in der Hitze. Es heisst aber nicht, dass man in der Gegend um Ari verhungert. Es gibt haufenweise Märkte und Fressstände.

Попросили дать второе одеяло. Мы всегда просим и в отелях, и в апартаментах, везде дают. В этом отеле нам сначала сказали, что принесут. Но не принесли. Через несколько часов объявили, что это платная услуга и стоит 500 бат. Вообще-то за 500 бат можно купить новое одеяло в магазине и увезти с собой домой. Так что даже если отель не предоставляет это бесплатно, как большинство отелей по всему миру, то хотя бы стоимость услуги должна быть адекватной, а не равной стоимости одеяла. Так что впечатление осталось неприятное из-за этого.

I love the craftsman hotel. Unfortunately I was unable to attend this visit due to a bad accident which put me in hospital for a few days.
However, I stayed there for a couple of weeks in January and you won't be disappointed.
Lovely staff, clean rooms, beautiful pool, great gym. Location is great. The breakfast is fantastic.

A great place for a staycation. The hotel offers skilled massage services.
The room was not very clean. Despite staying in the presidential suite, the floor felt greasy. The walls are quite thin, and noise from the hallway is easily heard. The bedroom felt stuffy, as if it hadn’t been ventilated for a long time. While the photos look appealing, the actual experience was rather uncomfortable. The coffee and food were quite disappointing considering the price.
