Coral Reef Kochi - A Unit of Coral Isle Hotels

1. Rooms were noisy,
2. No timings for making up room
3. Mini fridge was missing
4. Laundry bag was not found
5. No much options for English Television channels

The rooms were very clean!

Ugly and noisy

Stayed three nights in suite room.Nice Hotel. Clean rooms and toilets. Food is ok but not great.

The cleanses was not good because i have found used soaps in the bathroom its mandatory for a hotel to clean the bathroom well and its one of the basics that left out by the housekeeping

Everything at Coral Isle worked perfectly - the a/c was easy to control, great selection of tv channels, comfortable bed, great shower with nearly instant hot water, house keeping kept the place spotless, excellent food and exceptional service, central location near the Metro and railway station, easy access to Uber and Ola. In a word, Coral Isle is outstanding!

Wonderful to be so close to the train station.
Just check before return that the train leaves from the same station that you arrived at.

This is a very goid hotel. Very clean and well mainrained . Check in is very efficient. Staff are very friendly and will help you in any way they csn. Housekeepung is very good. They work hard a nd keeps the rooms very clean.Very good restruant. Run very well. The staff in restuarant is very efficient and makes sure all the guests needs are met. Very good food. Look no further. This hotel is superb. We will definitely return. It is a Gem.

Coral Isle was amazing by all means. Ms. Jasmi Johnson welcomed us warmly at the door. She held my aged mother-in-law by hand and led us to the rooms. The rooms were very comfortable and cosy. The other hotel staff were equally hospitable and all-smiling. The buffet breakfast spread was vast and the food, tasty. I give a 5-star rating to this hotel.

Coral Isle is a great property. Its clean hotel with very customer friendly staff. The buffet and menu is 3.5/5 in terms of options but food quality is good and its hygenic. Thank you Coral team for making my stay comfortable and pleasant.

Everything was clean and the staff was very attentive and checked daily for satisfaction with the property. The breakfast buffet was included with the pricing and was excellent,

Nice hotel.. close to the Ernakulam north railway station

Genuinely one of the nicest hotels we stayed at in our two weeks of travelling from Delhi down to Trivandrum. Looks to be a pretty new hotel - it's certainly the most tidy and clean place we stayed at. Service was very good although some of the staff didn't speak great English (not really an issue). The food was also excellent - we tried a mix of Western and Indian food across two meals - oddly enough, we had the best fish fingers of our lives here! Food was also cheap, even for India.

We also visited fort Kochi - couldn't get a clear answer on the best way to visit, but the conclusion was this : get an uber to the Vypin ferry and then use the pedestrian ferry; the Uber was under 100 rupees, and the ferry is only 3 rupees each!

We felt very bad as we forgot to leave any tips upon checkout, but the service was top notch, and the hotel a bargain.

Everything in the hotel was perfect, comfort, cleanliness, service. The staff was very helpful and attentive to my requests. They offered me a room upgrade that I really appreciated. Originally I booked one night, but decided to stay another night. I strongly recommended this hotel.
