The a/c was on the damp side. To combat that the pool bar could be open 😉

The online communication, We contacted the hotel through booking.com and they promised us a shuttle service, however when we got to the airport arrivals they shuttle wasn't there. we had to wait 1hr for the shuttle service because we had to contact them. we tried calling the hotel multiple times, and there was no answer for a while until they finally picked up and told us that there was no shuttle service on its way to pick us up, but they could send one at the time of the call. we ended up waiting for that 1 hr just waiting for someone to pick us up.

Nos dieron una habitación que estaba literalmente a 3 metros de recepción ( se escuchaba todo )
La habitación huela a MOHO , muy malo para la salud
La ventana de la habitación , si abres la cortina da a una pared y el suelo está sucio !
El primer día no nos limpiaron la habitación y tuve que ir a decir que la limpiaran , los días siguientes vinieron a (limpiarla) hacer la cama y limpiar un poco por encima el baño
El desayuno es horrible , el zumo imbebible , el café aguado y malo , las mermeladas puro sirope , estaba todo malísimo , la comida filipina no la puedo valorar porque no voy a comer a las 7 de la mañana arroz con pollo o fideos .
Es un hotel muy caro para filipinas para la calidad mediocre que ofrecen .

I paid quite a bit more for a room with a free standing bath with a great view, but unfortunately there was no hot water for the bath 😔

Couloir ouvert sur l'extérieur sans climatisation tout comme l'ascenseur.
Nous avons pris des crêpes au bar de la piscine: 28 euros les 5 crêpes 30mn pour être servis froides...plus chers qu'en France. Du coup on a même pas essayé le restaurant. Pour info. 11 euros les 5 crêpes en ville.
Un rafraîchissement du bâtiment serait à prevoir.
Bouteille de Gel douche signalé cassé, pas remplacé.
Franchement 1100 euros 2 chambres pour 5 nuits ca ne les vaut pas.
Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet un peu limité dans le choix, café sans saveur, transparent.
Navette aéroport payante. Pour le standing de l'hôtel c'est un peu limite. 19 euro les 7 km. A Coron navette gratuite pour 18 km. (Fernvale leisure club and resort)

Toisen sängyn lakanat olivat likaiset ja siivous olisi voinut olla tehokkaampaa. Huoneemme takana asui pakallisia, joilla oli kaksi kukkoa. Heräsimme siis joka yö kukon lauluun. Majoituksen hintaan nähden aamiainen oli kehno.

HORROR!!! Schlechteste Hotel in welchem ich je für diesen Preis übernachtet habe. Ich würde jedem empfehlen dieses Hotel zu vermeiden. Es war auf unserer Reise das teuerste Hotel (140,00 € die Nacht) Zimmer sehen toll aus, jedoch riechen alle nach Schimmel und Moder. Haben 2 mal das Zimmer gewechselt. Hat sich nichts gebessert. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer 1 Doppel und ein Einzelzimmer. Alle die reinste Katastrophe. Da ich ein Reisunternehmen habe, und sehr viel in Asien unterwegs bin kann ich sagen- ich habe für diesen Preis noch nie schlechter übernachtet. es ist teilweise Gesundheitsschädlich.
Ich habe auch mit weiteren Gästen in diesem Hotel gesprochen- die Gäste die dort in diesem Hotel die Hochzeitsreise hatten- taten mir extrem leid. Von vielen Gästen habe ich erfahren, das alle Zimmer nach Schimmel riechen.

Wir waren Gott sei Dank nur 3 Nächte dort. Leider war zu diesem Zeitpunkt (Weihnachten) und keine geeigneten Hotels mehr frei in El Nido- gerne wäre ich sofort abgereist. Wir waren quasi in der Schimmelburg gefangen. Die Damen an der Rezeption konnten uns keine weiteren Zimmer oder Optionales Hotel anbieten. Nach mehrmaligen Fragen, den Manager zu sprechen- wurde mitgeteilt, dieser sei nicht verfügbar. Ich werde mich auch an Booking wenden, da dieses Hotel eine Zumutung für jede Gesundheit ist.

Der Höhepunkt des ganzen war eine Feier am 22.12 von den Hotelangestellten. ich habe nichts gegen feiern, aber nachts um halb 2 Stühle und Tische rumrücken (tragen oder heben geht wohl nicht??!!) ... dass mich und meinen Mann aus dem Schlaf gerissen hat. Ich habe mich mehrmals bei den Damen an der Rezeption beschwert... leider kam immer nur ein Achselzucken.

Von daher... falls ihr einen schönen Urlaub haben möchtet-- sucht euch ein anderes Hotel!!!!

Schimmel!Schimmel!Schimmel! Meiden Sie dieses Hotel wenn Ihnen Ihre Gesundheit etwas wert ist.
Werde mich auch an Booking wenden, das dieses Hotel eine Zumutung ist. Es ist unerklärlich, dass dieses Hotel überhaupt mehr als 2 Sterne Bewertung bei Booking hat. Es ist FAKE!!!!

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The room smelled very bad, and the odor was constant throughout the stay. There were problems every single day, not just once. The bed was uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep.

Housekeeping was poor — towels were not changed, and the bathroom often had a bad toilet smell. The internet was very slow and unreliable. Breakfast quality was very bad, with limited and low-quality food.

On one occasion, the hot water did not work for the shower. While staff were fixing the issue, the water came out dirty. The hotel did not give any notice or warning about the maintenance; we only found out after the problem occurred.

The issues were consistent every day, and there was no manager available to escalate or resolve the problems. Overall, this hotel offers very bad value for the price. I would not recommend staying here.
