The location is Nice, it is just near at the beach and Restaurant. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned. And for a PATRICK, he serves us very well and maintain to deliver his task whenever we take our breakfast. And for PIA, she give Quality service and professionalism everytime she spoke to guest, she also politely in conversation making us feel welcome and cared. Kudos to her!!! And last for FATCH, She also giving guest satisfaction by answering inquiries whenever we need a Question about the location and etc, as well as. PIA,

Best experience you could have by far for any hotel in El Nido. Amenities, design, food and location is unmatched, The staff here are very accomodating and made our experience amazing regardless of the bad weather. Went out of their way to provide excellent service and work with us on all of our needs.

Came to El Nido for the first time this year with my family. Lagun was the perfect spot to call our home for the week and everything about our stay was perfect! The amenities, the service, and the location made this hotel a top spot.

/drink preparation, and pool aid, we always had a friendly staff member to rely on. It was our greatest pleasure to experience Palawan with Lagun and we will definitely be back!

We had an excellent stay at Lagun Hotel! Five stars for the welcoming and accommodating staff, the clean and comfortable rooms, the delicious meals (including the best complimentary breakfasts I’ve had), the pool and bar with a beautiful view, and a convenient location (an easy walk or tricycle ride to El Nido town/beach and across the street from a convenience store)! The staff always made us feel at home; they were so friendly, responsive, and made our first stay in the Philippines so enjoyable!

The hotel is conveniently near the coach transport and boat tours of the islands. Staff were fantastic with us, friendly and welcoming from start to finish.

We stayed from 16-20 June 2026 and had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, making it easy to the beach access, shops and restaurants. The food at the reataurant were sooooo goooood and delicious...the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. This is one of the best hotels I've ever been to! Such a beautiful hotel with very nice and attentive employees that made me feel valued as a customer. The room is amazing, I love the sea themed room and it's a very clean, quiet, and spacious room. The food in the restaurant is also very delicious with amazing service. Love this hotel so much and would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Lagùn Hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is super convenient! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The food in the hotel's restaurant was wonderful! The Habi sisig was especially delicious. Would love to stay here again!
