Kedves személyzet, jó elhelyezkedés, tágas, tiszta szobák. Kirándulásban és transzferben is nagyon segítőkészek voltak, köszönjük!

Cons:

Kissé zajos, mivel az út mellett helyezkedik el, de csukott ablaknál lehet pihenni.

Have not received deposit reimbursement. Very dissatisfied.

Very disappointed with our experience. Although we had a pleasant stay, we were charged a deposit fee of 5,000 pesos (€70) on arrival which we paid by Visa card. When checking out, we were informed that the machine wasn’t working so the deposit could not be refunded but it would be in the next few days. This never happened. We have contacted the hotel multiple times to try to resolve this and have still not received the reimbursement. Our stay was over 2 weeks ago now. This is simply unacceptable and we are very disappointed.

Awesome!!
Pros:

Amazing stay I honestly wish this had been our accommodation for the entire trip. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and felt extremely safe from the moment we arrived. Having great restaurants right outside the front door was so convenient, and the beach plus pool access made it even better. Everything you could want in one place. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff gave us a warm welcome. The room was lovely and we really enjoyed the pool and gorgeous view. Short walk into town. Wonderful stay!

Had to cancel one night of our original booking and rebook a single night a few days later to go on a boat tour. Hotel wouldn't credit the unused night and charged a very high rate for the additional single night.

Nice hotel in perfect location with welcoming staff
Pros:

Location was ideal for El Nido, hotel is lovely and lean throughout, pool area is nice and balcony area at bar.

Cons:

We mistakenly booked an accessible room and this meant the entry to our room was in the hotel lobby which we did not like. We did ask to change rooms but were told none were available. A balcony would have been nice.

When I arrived it was great, foyer was clean and building looked great.. staff were friendly

Cons:

The rooms smelt like mould, showers had black mould in them and I actually couldnt relax in the room. This spoiled my time for what could have been a great stay
