La piscine à débordement est superbe et accessible jusqu'à 22h.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff gave us a warm welcome. The room was lovely and we really enjoyed the pool and gorgeous view. Short walk into town. Wonderful stay!

Easy walking for El Nido town property.

Cons:

Had to cancel one night of our original booking and rebook a single night a few days later to go on a boat tour. Hotel wouldn't credit the unused night and charged a very high rate for the additional single night.

Nice hotel in perfect location with welcoming staff
Pros:

Location was ideal for El Nido, hotel is lovely and lean throughout, pool area is nice and balcony area at bar.

Cons:

We mistakenly booked an accessible room and this meant the entry to our room was in the hotel lobby which we did not like. We did ask to change rooms but were told none were available. A balcony would have been nice.

When I arrived it was great, foyer was clean and building looked great.. staff were friendly

Cons:

The rooms smelt like mould, showers had black mould in them and I actually couldnt relax in the room. This spoiled my time for what could have been a great stay

Great location and friendly staff but rooms need some updates.
Pros:

Location was great as its close to town and laundry facilities and shops.
Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. Staff very friendly and helpful after we said we needed to be relocated to another room away from the utility room.

Views from the top of the hotel was lovely. WIFI was strong in our room, but patchy in our other friends' room.

Breakfast selection was good and the restaurant offered some delicious meals.

Cons:

They put me in room 507 which was right next to the utility room with a noisy pool pump which gets switched on early in the morning until 10pm at night. The noise from the pump, the bathroom vent, the aircon and the air purifier was too noisy to sleep.

Our room also smelled mouldy and the bathroom partitions had a gap where you could see inside - so not good for sharing rooms with friends who value privacy.

Our TV wasn't mounted properly on the wall and had to call maintenance, it turns out the last guest stole the media box from the back of the TV.

Wifi is horrible, staff gave us false information and did not inform us us that if we were to cancel tour there would be a fee. We were told that it’s not their fault and we have to pay it even though it is their fault. No communication between night and day staff, so they couldn’t even help us book a van transfer to the airport. The room was very dirty and the shower is disgusting

Pros:

Bonita piscina e instalaciones. El restaurante y tragos bastante regulares, salva si no tienen ganas de salir a comer a otro lado. Tiene una pequeña terraza fumadores.

Cons:

La pieza estaba al lado de recepcion (literal al frente). Obviamente eso conlleva mucho flujo de personas. Ademas no se puede fumar en la terraza (que es un espacio totalmente abierto).
