Flexibilita a ochota personálu, ktorý dokázal každý nedostatok rýchlo vyriešiť, room service, bazén, poloha a dobré pestré raňajky.
Izba, ktorú sme si pôvodne zarezervovali nám bola hneď na začiatku predstavená ako nie dobrá. Čo bola pravda, bolo v nej cítiť vlhkosť od múru zvonku a bola tmavá a hlučná. Vyriešili sme to ponúknutým upgradom,ktorý sme si doplatili za izbu s balkónom.
Kedves személyzet, jó elhelyezkedés, tágas, tiszta szobák. Kirándulásban és transzferben is nagyon segítőkészek voltak, köszönjük!
Kissé zajos, mivel az út mellett helyezkedik el, de csukott ablaknál lehet pihenni.

Very disappointed with our experience. Although we had a pleasant stay, we were charged a deposit fee of 5,000 pesos (€70) on arrival which we paid by Visa card. When checking out, we were informed that the machine wasn’t working so the deposit could not be refunded but it would be in the next few days. This never happened. We have contacted the hotel multiple times to try to resolve this and have still not received the reimbursement. Our stay was over 2 weeks ago now. This is simply unacceptable and we are very disappointed.

Amazing stay I honestly wish this had been our accommodation for the entire trip. The apartment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and felt extremely safe from the moment we arrived. Having great restaurants right outside the front door was so convenient, and the beach plus pool access made it even better. Everything you could want in one place. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation!
We enjoy out stay at this hotel, Fateh treat us so nice and line, we love out stay here. We hope to get back Soon. 10/10 excelent. 😍🙌🏻

This hotel is a complete nightmare! We had a terrible experience there and will never stay there again. The hotel itself is in a terrible state compared to 5 years ago.
First of all, they robbed us of a night’s stay for a two-room reservation. When we call to complain, they tell us to wait for a supervisor and to call back later. We call back, but there is never a supervisor in sight.
We called ahead to let them know our flight would be arriving a day later. They said that if they could book our room for that night, we wouldn’t have to pay. We arrived early in the morning, and they said they had booked our room.
So, we spent the entire morning waiting in the lobby, exhausted but were ok since we weren't paying for the night. When checking out, they gave us the checkout receipt that I requested, which showed the nights we had stayed there for proof.
It’s been an exhausting four months trying to get our money back from this hotel. They’re total liars!

Friendly and helpful staff gave us a warm welcome. The room was lovely and we really enjoyed the pool and gorgeous view. Short walk into town. Wonderful stay!
