Τα δωμάτια ήταν λίγο παλιά αλλά άνετα.

When we got to our room there was an air purifier in the room and the room smelled like something was dead.
We asked for a change of room and were told that the manager would have to approve a room change. We asked about the air purifier and were told it was for the “humidity”
We were told that they would work on a solution with the manager In the morning. There were about 10 of staying at the hotel , ( couples and none of them had a purifier in their room.
We were later told that the previous guest got drunk, and vomited all over the room and the air purifier was put in the room to get rid of the smell. So they basically knew the room smelled and put us in the room knowing it smelled like a decomposed body.. we were at the end room and I’m sure some animal died in the walls.. we had food delivered to our room and the person who delivered the food confirmed the smell of decomposition and said she was going to let the front desk know..
in addition, my husband was sick so he had dinner in the room. Breakfast was included in the stay. When I asked for something to cover my husbands food, I was told that I couldn’t bring breakfast to the room.. I said when I paid for it, it was ok but I can’t bring breakfast back to him because he was sick? I covered it with a napkin and brought it up anyway.
We stayed 3 nights. On the last night I asked why no one ever reached out with a solution to the smell In the room I was told that I had a do not disturb sign on the door. My husband was sick in the room and I don’t most of the following day after check in walking by the front desk about a dozen times and the Manager never reached out to me.. I left my phone number with the manager and she emailed me to say she couldn’t get through???

Sorry to make a short story long but bad customer service
They want a deposit for an additional room key in addition to the 5000 peso incidental charge.

Look for another place to stay and don’t let the photos fool you!!!!

A little over priced but was a special trip for us

Da man das Leitungswasser auf Palawan nicht trinken kann und damit das Geschirr etc. gewaschen wird hatten fast alle in meiner Familie einen schweren Brechdurchfall - aber das liegt nicht am Hotel sondern an Palawan ganz allgemein, nehme ich an.

Our room (203)which we upgraded facing the cliff face with a tiny balcony (usable) but the constant traffic noise starting around 5.30am Along with the roosters and barking dogs was a nuisance . Breakfast very average. First time I’ve experienced rubber eggs either omelette style or sunny side up. I
Think the problem is the lack of heat. Pool area very pretty and appealing but 5 lounges directly in the sun , two table n chairs and that’s it.

El hotel adolece un gran problema de humedades entiendo que es Filipinas y que la humedad en el ambiente es muy alta, pero el ascensor y las habitaciones apestan a humedad. Las habitaciones que no tienen balcón no tienen lugar para tender la ropa bien, por lo que se queda húmeda.
Ademas las habitaciones son MUY ruidosas. Se escucha el motor de algún aparato durante toda la noche, lo cual se hace molesto.
El desayuno empieza a las 07:00. No están actualizados respecto a los horarios de los tours, ya que los privados suelen empezar antes de las 07:00. Cuando se lo dijimos a un trabajador del catering que si nos podía dar algo del buffet para llevarnos a la excursión, pero si respuesta fue que no... Ni si quiera unos míseros panes...
He de decir que el día del check out, que lo hicimos antes de las 07:00 recepción si que nos ofreció prepararnos unos cafés y unos panes antes de que nos recogiera el Transfer.

Trop de bruit (les coqs! Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, juste une question d'emplacement). Les odeurs d'égouts dans la salle de bains.

Odeurs nauséabondes dans la salle de bain et télévision qui ne fonctionne pas (malgré l’intervention de l’équipe de l’hôtel). Aucun espace extérieur pour faire sécher les maillots de bain.

The a/c was on the damp side. To combat that the pool bar could be open 😉

The online communication, We contacted the hotel through booking.com and they promised us a shuttle service, however when we got to the airport arrivals they shuttle wasn't there. we had to wait 1hr for the shuttle service because we had to contact them. we tried calling the hotel multiple times, and there was no answer for a while until they finally picked up and told us that there was no shuttle service on its way to pick us up, but they could send one at the time of the call. we ended up waiting for that 1 hr just waiting for someone to pick us up.

Nos dieron una habitación que estaba literalmente a 3 metros de recepción ( se escuchaba todo )
La habitación huela a MOHO , muy malo para la salud
La ventana de la habitación , si abres la cortina da a una pared y el suelo está sucio !
El primer día no nos limpiaron la habitación y tuve que ir a decir que la limpiaran , los días siguientes vinieron a (limpiarla) hacer la cama y limpiar un poco por encima el baño
El desayuno es horrible , el zumo imbebible , el café aguado y malo , las mermeladas puro sirope , estaba todo malísimo , la comida filipina no la puedo valorar porque no voy a comer a las 7 de la mañana arroz con pollo o fideos .
Es un hotel muy caro para filipinas para la calidad mediocre que ofrecen .

I paid quite a bit more for a room with a free standing bath with a great view, but unfortunately there was no hot water for the bath 😔

Couloir ouvert sur l'extérieur sans climatisation tout comme l'ascenseur.
Nous avons pris des crêpes au bar de la piscine: 28 euros les 5 crêpes 30mn pour être servis froides...plus chers qu'en France. Du coup on a même pas essayé le restaurant. Pour info. 11 euros les 5 crêpes en ville.
Un rafraîchissement du bâtiment serait à prevoir.
Bouteille de Gel douche signalé cassé, pas remplacé.
Franchement 1100 euros 2 chambres pour 5 nuits ca ne les vaut pas.
Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet un peu limité dans le choix, café sans saveur, transparent.
Navette aéroport payante. Pour le standing de l'hôtel c'est un peu limite. 19 euro les 7 km. A Coron navette gratuite pour 18 km. (Fernvale leisure club and resort)

Toisen sängyn lakanat olivat likaiset ja siivous olisi voinut olla tehokkaampaa. Huoneemme takana asui pakallisia, joilla oli kaksi kukkoa. Heräsimme siis joka yö kukon lauluun. Majoituksen hintaan nähden aamiainen oli kehno.
