Parking is great and I wasn’t expecting the restaurant downstairs however we did enjoy a lovely late night meal there
Could have been a bit cleaner. Like there was a couple of stray hairs that were there on arrival. But we were barely in the room.
Bed was very hard. Floor creaking was bad.
The staff were amazing and the restaurant next door the staff were fantastic and I have diet needs they went above and beyond the staff were amazing i would definitely stay there again
Everything homely friendly
The place us very very clean. The staff are friendly. The food is on point. Any time i m in Manchester that us my hotel.
On site food when needed
My room was above the restaurant and the soundproofing wasn't brilliant and there was quite a lot of noise when I went to bed.
The shower was very small and the water pressure coming from the shower was poor.
Great staff we stay upstairs and eat in the Indian restaurant. They put my beers in the fridge so they are cold when we eat downstairs. Great staff
Everything
We liked the location because it was within walking distance of our daughter's house. after that, nothing going for it.
My wife was attacked by insects during the first night. There was a bar as advertised, but not clarified as non alcoholic.
WE checked out after the first night, despite having paid for 7 nights. Part of that was down to me having a heart attack on the 13th. however we had already decided to leave. Checking out, my wife asked the hotel if there could be a potential refund. `She was told that was Booking.com's responsibility. She contacted Booking . com on Friday the 14th by phone and was told by the AI agent that it was the Hotels responsibility. She waited to speak to an operator for 20- minutes who when answered hung up on her. Not only were we dealing with me unwell but access to a sympathetic voice during this challenging time was absent.
Good location
Nothing
It was near the place I needed to be the following day. The room was big and had chairs to use. There were comfortable beds which for me is the most important thing.
Bit noisy with overhead plane noise and being by a busy road but these quietened down. Could hear noise from next door but this quietened too.
Comfy bed, hot working shower.
Plenty of tea and coffee
Easy and quick check in
Had a problem with getting kettle to work.
Nice room
No bar serving alcohol
2 x glasses lemonade £9
Very comfortable and welcoming.
