The entrance is in between two houses and is pitch black
The room smelt damp and dirty and there was someone else’s belongings in the bathroom and at a adjoining door
Very friendly staff just above a good Indian restaurant, plenty of parking and good location.
The room was smelling bleach.

Value for money was good. Location for me was good. The in-house Indian restaurant was great.
Breakfast of any kind was not available in the property.
The staff we helpful and polite, very so, they phoned while en route to confirm check in time, it was later than they work but a concession was made for our benefit
The lady who saw to us even grabbed the pre-requested travel cot and brought it to our room.
The room was spacious and well fitted (not seen a trousers press in some years!) large TV and enough space in the room to hold our own gymnastics rehearsal
The shower was large and had good pressure, curtains dark and bed was roomy, comfortable also.
My partner made a notice that parts of the bathroom were slightly grubby with dust about the place with human hair remaining in the shower
The TV was awkward to turn on, it was off via the plug, of which is situated behind the TV, which itself was wall mounted
The travel cot was finicky and also collapsed on one side allowing our 19th old to 'escape' subsequently running around the room gone midnight, possibly her nature moreso than the cot itself as it was a very standard travel cot, however worth noting
Minor complaint in fairness and especially considering the price, we've stayed at much worse establishments.

Didn’t offer breakfast. Reception staff more interested in chatting to family/friends on his phone than checking us in. Only 1 bath towel and no shower gel or tea bags in the room.
