I was not happy with my stay at Comfort Inn Benaras. This particular property doesn’t befit the basic quality expectatio
Pros:

Nothing good

Cons:

Rooms require urgent renovations. Lobby infested with mosquitoes during day time. Rooms were having a stale smell.
As per booking terms, I was to pay at the hotel during check-in on 21st Feb. However, on 20th Feb, I get a call from the hotel to pay the total amount for the stay. Finally I negotiated for 50% advance payment. The hotel was concerned about my commitment. Assuming I done a no-show, I would have paid the penalty as per the cancellation policy of the hotel through my credit card that was given as guarantee during booking. In my past so many years of hotel reservations through Booking.Com, this is the first instance of mean behaviour by the hotel management.

Medium range hotel with excellent facilities.
Pros:

Relatively new property with comfortable room, very helpful staff, good restaurant and large selection of items in the menu.

Cons:

Service and comfort. Comfortable bed with clean linen and clean toilet and shower cubicle.
