見晴らし最高！
Pros:

部屋が広く、スタッフがとても親切にしてくれました。
部屋からマッターホルンがよく見えたところも非常に良かったです。

Cons:

部屋に冷蔵庫があればよかったと思った。
朝食の時の虫対策はして欲しいと感じた。

On a adoré l'emplacement central mais calme. La déco des chambres est faite avec beaucoup de goût et la literie super confortable. Le staff est très avenant: On devait quitter l'établissement très tôt, avant l'heure du petit déjeuné, mais ils ont eu la gentillesse de nous préparer un café et un repas à emporter. On reviendra !

Schon der sehr freundliche Empfang an der Rezeption bei meiner Ankunft hat einen guten ersten Eindruck hinterlassen – und genauso freundlich war auch der Check-out, bei dem ich sogar noch ein Packung hausgemachtes Granola als Geschenk bekommen habe.

Hier trifft eine gemütliche Berghütten-Atmosphäre auf viele persönliche Details. Überall im Hotel entdeckt man interessante Erinnerungsstücke der Besitzer sowie Informationen über die Berge rund um Zermatt und andere alpine Regionen.

Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und mit vielen praktischen Extras ausgestattet: zahlreiche Lampen, zusätzliche Kissen, ein Wasserkocher, Verdunkelungsvorhänge und mehr.

Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer mit einer privaten Terrasse, die sich um die Ecke des Gebäudes zieht. Auf der einen Seite blickt man zurück auf die Bergwelt, die einen bei der Anreise nach Zermatt begrüsst, und auf der anderen Seite hat man einen freien Blick auf das Matterhorn.

Das Hotel liegt etwa zehn Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und damit angenehm abseits des Trubels der Hauptstrasse. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig.

Ich kann dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Preis, Service und die persönliche Atmosphäre haben mich überzeugt. Für mich ist es einer der Geheimtipps in Zermatt.!

Nice hotel, 9.8/10 experience. We would like to visit again when the snow comes again
Pros:

Perfect Matterhorn view, we basically enjoyed the Matterhorn from early morning until sunset
Super cosy environment, clean and modern room inside
Breakfast buffet is simple, but super tasty
Staff are all extremely professional, friendly, and helpful

Cons:

only small picky complain is the lack of fridge inside the room, which is not good from 2026 hotel standard.
but for the rest, we were satisfied

Super netter Empfang..! Alle sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen!
Wir erhielten ohne extra zu fragen, das in unseren Augen, beste Zimmer (50)..! Es war perfekt! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
