Pros:

O quarto é bastante agradável e confortável. O staff era extremamente simpático, em especial a Lia e a Tânia, uma portuguesa que nos fez sentir em casa.

Dankeschön an das ganze Team für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang, schöne, gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Die Unterkunft ist gut vom Bahnhof zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bergbahnen sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist top, gutes Angebot für jeden Geschmack. Eierspeisen, ob Omelette, Spiegelei oder Rühreier werden frisch zubereitet. Aufmerksames und freundliches Personal macht den Aufenthalt angenehm und die Tipps auf Fragen sind sehr hilfreich!

it’s a wonderful place to stay for several days to ski and fully enjoy Zermatt.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. Everything was spotless, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. They assisted me in arranging my ski pass, which made the trip much easier. During coffee time, they also served excellent coffee, which was a lovely touch.
The breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay for several days to ski and fully enjoy Zermatt.

Memorable, inspirational, and relaxing stay
Pros:

It seemed like the hotel and staff worked for you. Not only was everyone friendly and helpful, the housekeeping was exceptional and meticulous, the sauna and ski room were wonderful amenities, and the breakfast blew me away with how delicious and well-prepared it was. The bed was comfortable, the shower was clean and refreshing, and the balcony had an unforgettable view of the Matterhorn. They even include a taxi service to the Zermatt Bahnhof if you stay 3 or more nights! I could not recommend this hotel more. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so memorable and pleasant.

Cons:

This has nothing to do with this specific hotel, but the only thing I'd recommend is to have some earplugs for sleeping if you're a light sleeper. Après skiing in Zermatt often involves alcohol and people may sometimes be loud as they walk by or navigate the hotel as they come home for the night. The doors, walls, and floors are not thick.
