Everything was fantastic! The location was perfect to get a view of the Matterhorn. The staff were really kind at all times. The rooms were quite spacious and lots of legroom after keeping luggage. The breakfast was so nice! Lots of variety in food for vegetarian. They have a taxi service to help with the luggage for a small fee as it is a 10 minute uphill walk from the train station.

Pros:

Great location if you are looking for some peace in Zermatt. The room was spacious and had a great view of the Mattarhorn from the balcony. Good breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Also, dass erste was aufgefallen ist, war die freundliche Rezeptionistin. Ein freundlicher Empfang. Ein kostenloses Upgrade für ein Mega Zimmer. Lecker Frühstück. Alles sauber , viel Platz im Bad. Einfach sehr gut.
