Memorable, inspirational, and relaxing stay
Pros:

It seemed like the hotel and staff worked for you. Not only was everyone friendly and helpful, the housekeeping was exceptional and meticulous, the sauna and ski room were wonderful amenities, and the breakfast blew me away with how delicious and well-prepared it was. The bed was comfortable, the shower was clean and refreshing, and the balcony had an unforgettable view of the Matterhorn. They even include a taxi service to the Zermatt Bahnhof if you stay 3 or more nights! I could not recommend this hotel more. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so memorable and pleasant.

Cons:

This has nothing to do with this specific hotel, but the only thing I'd recommend is to have some earplugs for sleeping if you're a light sleeper. Après skiing in Zermatt often involves alcohol and people may sometimes be loud as they walk by or navigate the hotel as they come home for the night. The doors, walls, and floors are not thick.

I would definitely return.
Pros:

The rooms were really comfortable and well thought out. There was a generous single sized bed with lots of space in my room. I particularly liked the wrap around balcony.

Cons:

The hairdryer was weak and took forever to dry hair but luckily I brought my own.

The breakfast selection was okay.

Fantastic
Pros:

Fantastic location. Opened door to look straight at the Matterhorn without any obstruction! Breakfast was great - including freshly made pancakes and omeletes. Very friendly staff - special call out to Nina who was so friendly and helpful. Can't wait to visit again. Cheers Steve
