Pros:

Nice aparthotel and very close to train station, it’s beautiful small property.
But somehow they put us in the Room with no curtain on the glass door. Even the Room is in corner and the top level . Other than that , everything is ok .

Moderne, mooi ingerichte, zeer nette appartementen. Vlakbij het moderne treinstation van Rennes met veel cafe's en restaurants in de buurt. Betalend parkeren in de buurt, wel max. 6u toegelaten (prijzig). Op wandelafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden.

Das Appartment ist schön eingerichtet. Die Stadt hat nicht sehr viel zu bieten. Die Einfahrt des Parkplatzes ist extrem schmal. Umliegend gibt es keine kostenfreie Parkplätze. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend aber nicht hervorragend. Preis Leistung ist gut.

Séjour très agréable, nous avons passé un excellent week-end en amoureux dans cet hôtel. L’appartement était en parfait état et très confortable. Le service client était au top et réactif. De plus, l’hôtel est très bien situé, à deux pas de la gare et à proximité d’une multitude de commerces, bar et restaurants. Je recommande cet établissement pour passer un week-end dans la ville de Rennes, une ville vraiment sympathique.

Chambre Top, Attention au Stationnement

Chambre confortable et propre.
En revanche, je déconseille fortement le parking payant de l'hôtel. La propriétaire le gère très mal et vous risquez de vous retrouver sans place alors que vous avez payez pour. Plutôt désagréable après une longue journée et un stationnement compliqué dans les environs. Je suis rentré toutes les places étaient prises. J'ai decouvert par hasard que cetait une amie de la propriétaire qui en occupé une. Alors quelle m'a indiqué ne pas savoir pourquoi le parking était plein.
De plus, un client avait également réservé une place après moi et a dû se garer en travers et bloqué une voiture. Par ailleurs il a abîmé sa voiture car l'accès est difficile, il faut manoeuvré tres prudemment.

Pros:

Tres bien situe pas loin de la gare et du centre. Juste si vous vous garer dans lhotel lentree est etroite pour les grosses voitures et lacces en sens unique ne facilite pas larrivee a lhotel. Sinon tres bon accueil. Je recommande cet hotel.

Very comfortable. Location close to the station.
The only negatives were that the kitchen area was a bit small. There was room to have made the benchtop bigger which would have made cooking easier. Also the wifi wasn’t very strong and kept dropping out b

This hotel had recently been done up and appliances brand new. It had a "boutiquey" feel. The room is a bit small but ample, The bed is on the firm side but so comfy. Best pillow anywhere. Lovely modern bathroom with great shower. Pauline was so helpful and speaks good English. You are near many restaurants and the people in Rennes are friendly and helpful.
