Dear Sir,
I booked a room through Booking.com with a package that included dinner and breakfast.
At the time of ordering dinner, I selected my items and the staff confirmed that they were included in my package. I was not informed of any restriction regarding the number of main courses.
However, later at 12:32 AM, I received a call from reception stating that I needed to pay for two items, as only one main course was allowed. This was the first time I was made aware of such a condition. During checkout, I was again informed and asked to pay, which I did.
This was a disappointing experience, especially as I have traveled frequently within Saudi Arabia and have not encountered such issues before.
I kindly request you to review this matter and arrange a refund for the amount charged, as the information was not communicated to me at the time of ordering.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the location was ok
The staff are not friendly and the parking isn't very good. Overall this did not feel like a place for families and there were many men around presumably for the rooftop shisha.

وكمان ريحة المجاري تطلع عليك من البالوعه حقت الحمام
إقامة رائعة بكل ما تعنيه الكلمة. الاستقبال كان في قمة الاحترافية واللباقة، سرعة في إنهاء الإجراءات واهتمام واضح براحة النزلاء من اللحظة الأولى. طاقم العمل متعاون جدًا ويحرص على تلبية كل الطلبات بابتسامة.
أما نظافة المكان فمميزة جدًا، سواء في الغرف أو المرافق العامة، كل شيء مرتب ويعكس عناية دقيقة بالتفاصيل. بصراحة تجربة تستحق التكرار وأنصح بها لكل من يبحث عن الراحة وجودة الخدمة::
