Pros:

The stay at BRAIRA was excellent. I would especially like to appreciate the room service staff member, Mr. Rahim, who was extremely cooperative, well-trained, and attentive to the customer’s needs.

His professional and helpful attitude made the stay even more pleasant. Excellent service and hospitality!

One area that could be improved is the reception service. The reception staff could be more proactive and supportive during the check-in and check-out process.
