Waynes Place

Nice little place. Great location.

This was excellent accommodation both prior to stay and during. Information before the trip about how to access the hotel and other relevant information was clear and efficient. I had to contact the hotel for my particular requirements and they replied promptly and with clarity, making it easy and stress free. My room was clean, the decor was lovely with everything you require, and was a shared bathroom and this was convenient and held no issues, but may not be for everyone. The hotel was situated very conveniently to Palace pier a few minutes walk away and the town centre. Just a few seconds out of the hotel you are at the sea! The owners seemed great and I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent value for the money

I have stayed in a few guesthouses in Brighton but Wayne’s place has to be the best, I loved everything about it. It was very handy having a fridge in the room, I look forward to my next stay. Thanks Wayne.

It was a good place to stay, the location was ideal, I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

I stayed in this cheap but very nice accomadation just for one nite. The only thing i could fault would be that the heating didnt seem to be working but as i wasnt staying more than the one nite for the price and what u do get for the price. Being a little cold wasnt to bad. In all the accomadation was very good for the price and the chap that met me was helpful and friendly. 1 tip if you do not know Brighton that well and as i was are coming from a train. Do not bother with google maps to try to find this place as it seems its to easy to end up lost. Ring ahead and the chap will help.

Enjoyed the hotel close all attractions. Would of been better if I had private bathroom toilet

Super convenient in cool part of Brighton. Nice room with chair and fridge and tea making facilities. Shared bathroom but super clean and lovely powerful shower. Wayne was really nice and helpful. Will definitely stay again when I come down to Brighton for concerts.

The too was a very good size for a single, with a fridge, microwave, kettle & crockery/cutlery; I've never had these in previous stays at other places so this was a welcome surprise. The only slight downside was the weak variable Wi-Fi. The shared bathroom wasn't an issue at all as it was always available when I wanted to use the facilities. The map location is a little misleading as Wayne's Place is at the top of the road in a mews. I'd definitely stay here again. Parking on the street is an issue so I paid for this on the seafront, it does add to the overall costs but the reasonable rate makes up for this.

Excellent value and easy access to Brighton centre

Excellent find. 4 small rooms, each with microwave and fridge, so you can be self-sufficient if you want. Tea/coffee provided with crockery, which is replaced with clean every day.

Shared bathroom, but never saw anyone else there. Really nice shower.

Very close to the pier and sea, but very quiet. Loads of social places to eat/drink/relax just round the corner.

Will certainly stay there again.
