Enjoyable stay, friendly staff but a pity about the stairs.
Pros:

Lovely room and very comfortable beds.

Cons:

No ground floor rooms and 15 steps up to room. We have mobility problems and so this was not ideal. Would have been useful to know this before we booked.
Also working the television was very complicated and we had to call for assistance twice to get it working. In the end we gave up.
It would have been helpful to have had an information pack in the room about how to use it

Really comfortable smart hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable, well presented but not pretentious hotel. Ideal town centre location, friendly staff. Easy free parking system

Cons:

Minor irritation of constant very low level hum from generator/fan/cooling system coming from below room 115 but didn't keep us awake

I really enjoy my visits to the Wynnstay. A great place to unwind after work for a beer or 2. Sam & the team are so welcoming, helpful, & friendly. The food is great too! You won’t be disappointed

Pros:

The staff were all excellent - they could not have been more helpful. We felt completely at home as soon as we arrived. The room was large and pleasant and the shower was fantastic

Cons:

This is no reflection on the hotel, but the mattress was a bit hard for me as I have a very bad back.

Lovely weekend break
Pros:

We spent 1 night at the Wynnstay for a Valentines getaway & had a wonderful time. I chose the Dinner, Bed, & Breakfast which we were very happy with and got to choose from any of the entire menu. We stayed in the coach house room which was lovely, i think the service staff at breakfast could have been a bit more friendly.
